This is a terrific product I only take half of the recommended doses a half hour before I eat that's about an hour before I walk 3 miles every night after dinner I've been doing this for years on average I drop about two and a half pounds a week now since I've been taking this product on the third month doing the same routine everyday now I'm losing six and a half pounds a week doing nothing different imagine if I took the recommended dose of six pills

6 capsule a day for 16 servings in this bottle!
Not a fan. I already take several supplements so adding 6 more capsules a day, no. Plus this bottle is only a 16 day supply. I'll keep looking for something that suits my needs better. Price point at $9.99 is ok, 2 bottles for a month, $20 bucks.

Great for a pump
I've taken multiple pre-work supplements in the past to help with a pump, and usually they're fairly similar pharmacologically to this (with L Citrulline and L Arginine), though I haven't had any work as well as this). My only complaint is that there's no reason to include creatine in these, as pretty much everyone who would be taking this as a pre-workout would already have an abundance of creatine elsewhere throughout their stack, and it's likely better from what I've seen to consume it directly as part of a protein shake rather than in a pill form. It's just another thing you have to keep track of, so it's really more of a hinderance in the case of this pill specifically, since the main purpose of the pill doesn't particularly benefit from it's inclusion.

Nitric Oxide boosters help muscle growth and help blood flow to other places
This helps blood flow to both men and women's nether regions, as well as helps give you "pumps" in the gym. The creatine helps muscle growth and is proven to assist in this.

Seems fine, but not for me.
These are weird. first the serving size is 6 pills, so in a 100 pill package you get... 16 servings and 4 random pills left over? why not make it 102 pills and 17 servings? Then the combination of Creatine, which as far as I know doesn't impact Nox (but I am no scientist or dietician so I could be wrong) with citrulline and Arginine which do have some impact... IDK. I would just take them separately. I prefer to take creatine in powder form when I am taking it because it's the best way to get the volume needed. Mix it in a. drink and slam it vs talking a bunch of pills, but I digress.Horbach generally seems to make OK supplements at relatively inexpensive prices. This seems to fit that mold. The pills are easy enough to swallow as well. If you are looking for this kind of set up, by all means give it a go, just not for me.
