Fantastic knife ... these are still in production after all these years... but no 1. Retailer sells all of the knives in the whole 'Control' range.. so finding them all at the best prices is like going on a scavenger hunt.I've had sets of professional knives that cost 2,3 even 4 times more than these knives.... I've had budget knives that claim to be sharp (they aren't)... I've had gimmicky knives from shopping channels and infomercials that claim to be better than pro for less than budget (they aren't)....This knife and all the knives in this range are razor sharp, well balanced and whilst they could have more heft ... the lighter weight helps those with smaller or weaker hands or medical conditions... they look good, feel good in the hand and they last... if you use them as intended... they keep their edge really well and sharpen back to razor sharp with ease.Plus ++++ you get to go on a treasure hunt trying to find the whole set (there more than you might think) what more could you want ... fun AND functionality all at once.Summary .... Great Knives at a Great Price.

Kitchen Devils are a dependable brand and good quality for the price point.

I ordered one of these since my friend recommended the brand. I can strongly recommend this knife as it cuts very well.One small point is probably a pro and a con. The knife is lightweight. So, it is easy to work with but lacks a little weight compared to my more expensive kitchen knives so you do need to push a little more. More importantly, the lack of blade weight means they do not sit well in the dishwasher. The handle weighs more so the blade wants to rise. I then tried to put the knife upside down in the dishwasher and you can only imagine the scorn rightly given by my partner as they held a bloody finger after trying to unload the dishwasher.

Sharp and lightweight with an extremely good grip handle. Recommended.

I have had this knife for a number of months now and it quickly became my favourite. The shape of the blade makes a rocking chopping action feel more natural than any knife I have ever used, allowing me to cut uniformly and with speed. The grip of the handle is comfortable and seems to have been put together well. It is a very sharp edge and easily out-competes other knives I have used in this price range.

Excellent quality and value. I've got a whole set. Try to buy when on offer, where possible.

I first purchased this knife at local supermarket, then have been using it for years. I found this knife in different size on Amazon, and as I know the quality is good, ordered this straight away.It sharp, works well, and the best for the price.Recommend to people who wants to have a strong knife for cooking but with reasonable price.

Quite possibly the best kitchen knife I have ever bought. I would justify this statement by saying that this seems to fit every slicing, dicing, and cutting need in the kitchen. The size is perfect, the knife is well balanced, and it has a very gradual curve to make finer cutting perfect. Really like this style of knife
