Sent this item to help my daughter distract her cats whilst she was working on her computer. It seems to have worked with one cat making herself comfortable on the 'keypad' whilst she observes the real keyboard activity nearby. So far a successful ploy!

I agree with other reviews, difficult to put together and some bits end up being ruined.My cat who is small struggles to get in and out of it unless it's put near something she can move from that's on a higher level. Like the image, she can get into it when it's near a sofa.Will most likely remove the top bit so she can use the bottom bit only.Disappointed that the base is not a full cardboard bottom and has a big rectangular shape cut out of it.

Got as xmas gift for my cat. She loves it. It so cute! She especially likes the little mouse.

A friend sent me a link for this and I ordered it thinking it would be great for the cats, but it is seriously a waste of money. Really hard to put together without ruining some of the tabs. I had to use clear tape to hold it together at almost every joint. The turret doesn't stay in place and is near impossible to tape it on. Once it is together, there is nowhere for the cat to enter other than the top hole in the turret (which requires them either jumping in or trying to climb in, tipping it over) or you have to set it over the cat using the open bottom. I ended up cutting out an opening in the side of it so they could get in, as they refused to use it the way it was. Don't waste your money on this - just cut some holes in a cardboard box and save yourself the hassle of trying to build this thing.

I ordered this in the hopes it would stop my cat from sitting on my laptop and funnily enough it has! It's just hilarious and looks like the real deal, just a cardboard version. A lot of thought has gone into the funny little details like the pictures of stickers on the lid and the little cat references all over it and the mouse, is actually a little real looking mouse. Really well thought out and a great novelty gift. It's expensive, but in my opinion worth it really.

The cat is completely obsessed by this and it is nice because I can sit her next to me when I am in my meetings so it feels like she's part of it and being included

I must have missed something because I didn’t realize the wheels don’t work but my cat likes it as a scratcher.

She sits on it all day as if it's a real laptop. Definitely would recommend it if your cat sits on your laptop all day!
