The media could not be loaded. Received 3 boxes, fast shipping with easy to follow directions. But because of a lot of screws and small parts, it is a little tasky but worth it. It is of great quality thick material and offers functionality. It has a waterproof material on cushion covers. Throw pillows are nice and soft, and seat cushion are nice and firm. The center table is too small though so I used it as a side table instead.Quality is good. You are getting a lot from your buck on this cheap, affordable and great quality outdoor furniture. I am using it on my basement room.

We ordered two sets to fill our patio. We only received half of the second set. I reached out to the seller through a message and the other set arrived within a few days. It was disappointing that I didn't receive a message back regarding our issue, but I forgot about that when the shipping info followed within a few hours of messaging them. The fact is, we absolutely love the look! We purchased them in October, so winter rolled in before we could get a lot of use out of it, but we were able to have a few little get-togethers around the fire pit.First thing is first. Assembly took around 3 hours per set. The ratchets provided are actually top-notch accessories. Be careful if you're using a drill. You can easily damage the piece and overtightening can crack the framework. We stuck to the tools provided. Lay your pieces out in groups so that you can easily find what you need for each piece. When assembling, put the bolts in far enough to grab, plus a few turns. You want to be able to move the panels. Once you get all of the bolts started in a panel tighen one or two to make it sturdy, but don't tighten anything all the way until your seat has 4 sides. Things go together much better when you leave things loose until you have all of the panels in place in a seat before tightening. You'll figure out what works for you quickly.Packaging has no wasted space. pillows and pads are conveniently nested inside of the panels. One set arrives in 4 boxes numbered 14, 24,34 & 44. Unfortunately, the parts are scattered, so If you are short a box, don't bother assembling.The pillows and pads are of heavy fabric and seem sturdy. I will be attaching velcro to them to keep them in place in the wind. I also purchased scotchguard. I will be treating them prior to deployment for the summer. The furniture is actually quite comfortable. The pads are thick, and everything sits at a nice height. It even looks good with a fire pit in the center.We brought the pads and pillows inside to store and nested the sets together and covered them with the recommended tarp purchased from Amazon. Two sets are under this. It's nice and compact. The pillows are difficult to store. There are so many! But, that's a good problem to have.I'd definitely recommend this set. It's affordable and comfortable, but keep in mind that the description clearly states that the pillows are not water resistant and will fade in the sun. Please protect your purchase with a scotchguard type product.

This set is CUTE and stylish and super duper comfy- that being said, set aside a whole weekend to assemble because this takes a hot minute and comes with about a million screws and bolts. Took my in laws and husband about 6 hours, lots of sweat, and some cursing, lol. End product, 5 stars, construction, 1 star.

This set is perfect! It’s comfy and functional. We love the fact that the cushion covers come off for washing ( a must with kids and dogs). The sofa can be arranged in multiple different ways to suit your space. The assembly was pretty straight forward and didn’t take too long. Extremely happy with this purchase and the price made it even better.

For the price and the fact that it’s plastic, it’s good. We were hoping to get good solid wood pieces of outdoor furniture, but that doesn’t fit in the budget right now. This stuff seems solid and so far we’ve had no complaints sitting on it. They’re also light enough that when we need to move them from the back porch to the back yard we can very easily. Only downside is that putting it all together took some time.

Item took a little bit to put together, but I expected that. About 3 1/2 hours of work with one person. However, after I was excited after all of that work that it was finally done. It turns out that there was a cushion missing. I will update this if the seller fixes their mistake.

First, we really love this set. It is wonderful for the money (and great in comparison to much more expensive sets). It is sturdy, the cushions are a great outdoor material, and it is comfortable. One of the three boxes was lost in shipping. I reached out to the company and they shipped another out immediately. We also had an issue with one of the pieces for the chair not lining up with the holes on the other two pieces it needed to connect to. The company shipped another out immediately. They were incredibly responsive and very easy to deal with. They earned the five stars!

The patio set is beautiful but we are missing 2 legs from the table I sent 2 messages to the seller and still waiting for the response
