Brilliant. Now edited. Not so brilliant..
Edit at the bottom..After being diagnosed with stage 3 Kienbocks disease, I was given a splint from my hand therapist but it didnt fit particularly well, wasn't comfortable and was definitely not breathable! This one differs massively. Its so comfortable, it feels like it was designed for my wrist and the 2 metal bars (as opposed to the one you normally find in such splints) makes a big difference. I need to limit movement in my hand as it is so painful and does a lot of damage but this brace feels ao much better. It feels well padded too and the adjustable straps mean a perfect fit. Well worth the money and I will be getting one as a spare too, just in case. Hopefully it'll make the kienbocks more bearable.EDIT.. After wearing this on and off for a few days its starting to look pretty raggedy and I really dont see it lasting for any decent amount of time. The stitching on some of the velcro straps is starting to come undone too so I'm dropping a couple of stars. What a shame, it seemed so good and for the price I expected it to last much, much longer!!

A great design let down by poor stitching
To begin with I was highly impressed with this wrist support, it held the hand immobile very well, was comfortable to wear, the opening where your thumb went through didn't dig in like it does on some, the Velcro held firm and wasn't easily undone. Best of all was the strap that went around the wrist, being elasticated, this meant you could adjust the pressure for extra support on the wrist if needed, which is an extremely good idea. But after three days the Velcro tabs at the top and bottom began to come loose, due to the fact that not enough material had been left for them to be securely stitched in place, the edge frayed and they began to come loose. I ended up having to stitch them back on myself. It is a great design, and was perfect for my condition, but it is shoddily made, you don't expect something like this to start falling apart after three days. Such a shame, but the poor workmanship means I cannot recommend this item.

velcro grip on the short straps wear out quickly
I like this product's flexibility to remove either of the metal support strips at the front and back of the hand, to suit what is most comfortable. There is one long central stap that wraps around the hand which works well, and there are three short straps that are at either end and one middle one that close the 'glove' around the hand which don't grip well after a while. The velcro grip on the two outside short straps no longer grip properly after only 2 months of use. So it no longer works as effectively as it should.

Very good product
The wrist support perfect for relieve my carpal tunnel pain. Mesh fabric refresh my hand in summer wear and quikly dry in shade. 2 splints stabilize my hand in neutural position to cooking or computer work. Adjust the long bandage for sleeping at night. It can be weared in day and night. Reasonable price and good choice for works suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome.

Waste of money
I thought this would be just what I was looking for to support my hand wrist.it certainly looked good. This was delivered on 9th November and by the afternoon of 10th November the Velcro straps had started to come away and now I can't fasten it tight enough. An absolute waste of money as now I have to buy another one. Disappointed to say the least. Don't waste your money.

Sturdy but Velcro fastenings doesn't last
Really good support and love the fact the metal braces can be removed for more flexibility when lighter support is needed, any Precious supports I've used have made my wrist sweat a lot but the breathable material in this support is great, even on a hot day keeps the skin dry, however, I am really disappointed in the velcronstraps which are already struggling to stay together and I often find I have to really rub the Velcro on order for it not to come off straight away

Not robust enough.
I purchased this item because i need the metal splints which keep the wrist much more rigid than plastic splints. When new it was good, but only after less than a month of use it is starting to fall apart. The Velcro straps are coming off and are losing there grip making it unwearable. So beware when buying this product.

Uncomfortable to wear.
Found splint uncomfortable to wear, irritated skin and created blisters. Don’t think I will be wearing for long because of these problems. Velcro fastenings became unusable after couple of weeks.
