I think this a great buy for one man to another .YOu know when you want to help but for want of a better phrase 'it all seems a bit gay'.Passing this to someone you can put it under the heading 'its for motivation' not because 'I can see you are on the edge of a breakdown and I don;t know what to say'.If you see someone that needs a book on Life , or you need some pointers yourself., Get this.Short and to the point ....unlike this review.
