Q: How do you pick the correct size?

This is info from the manufacture, "75% of Men wear Medium and 75" of Women and young adults wear small. Most people know if they have a small ear from their experience with headphones." Hope this helps.

Q: How sturdy are the antennae that stick out of the center? They seem like they'd break off easily to me.

They are very sturdy-- made of same material as the plugs themselves so they are pliable and rugged. I've never had a problem with them.

Q: How do these work for sleeping (especially for a side sleeper)?

I don't think I'd use for sleeping.

Q: Why do these say 19dB noise reduction at the top of the back of the package, but then says 5dB noise reduction rating further down? Which is it?

The frequency reduction is not equal across the frequency range on any ear plugs. Earasers have 19dB peak reduction at critical frequencies, but don't attenuate as much as standard ear plugs at higher frequencies to preserve a natural sound quality.
