I found this brand after seeing an advertisement for another brand that was WAY out of my price range. I suffer from chronic pain and exhaustion (fribromyalgia) and I am intrigued by ANY product that offers relief. I have not used the mat and pillow religiously like I should and that is my fail as a busy momma....and I feel the difference when I don’t take just 15 mins out of my morning routine to use my mat. But when I do the results are AMAZING! It doesn’t take long to get use to the “prickly” feeling you experience. It ends up being a “hurts so good” experience! And once you sit up, the feeling is beyond describable! Just 15 minutes in the morning and I am pain free over my entire body for most of the rest of the day! I am energized...it’s so amazing!!! The quality is excellent and I highly recommend this brand over more expensive versions. The petal design is similar to a very expensive celebrity endorsed version....why pay for celebrity endorsement? I LOVE my mat! And I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to anyone!!!!!

Has more padding than other acupressure mats. The shape of the discs are flower shaped. Each one resembles a flower that looks like it is starting to blossom. The tip of each flower petal is triangular shaped, which serves as the point of contact on your skin. I had been used to an acupressure mat that had disks of very tiny pyramid points against my back and I had gotten so used to this configuration that I couldn't really feel the tingling sensation on my back anymore. I could sleep on it all night and it wouldn't bother me. But the flower petal configuration on the Artree acupressure mat definitely provides more surface area contact on my back and does hurt a little bit on my back, esp. as it is brand new. I have to wear a thin shirt to lay down on it for an extended period of time and I can definitely feel more than a tingling sensation. Plus the plastic used to make these flower petal disks does feel a little bit harder compared to the plastic on the other older acupressure mat that I had been using. So this new version is definitely better in the sense that it offers more padding and more pressure points on the skin than any older versions out there. If you are brand new to this type of product, an older version may be better for you as it may be easier for you to tolerate than the newer version.

I am amazed and surprised that this mat really helps relieve the pain in my lower back. I sit working at my computer most of the day. I place the mat behind my back off and on for the day. The pain is not nearly as severe when I get up.

I don't have a Pranamat to compare this item to, but I can say it does all it says it will do. I purchased it for my husbands birthday and he likes it as well after the first few days. My only complaints are that I wish the mat was a smidge wider and the pillow flattens rather quickly. Also the language in the info brochure it came with is in broken English which doesn't look good when you are gifting it..

This mat and pillow set have been fantastic in helping alleviate spasms I have been experiencing from a back injury.The best effect is derived when used without a shirt or other clothing between the back and the mat. The accupressure rosettes take a little getting used to, but after a couple of sessions, it's very much possible to fall asleep on them. I use this in the evening before bed, and it has helped me sleep through the night where I had previously been woken by pain.This set is well packaged, coming with instructions and a dedicated carrying case. Both the mat and the pillow feel durable and the covers of both can be removed in order to wash them. This product has worked well for me and I recommend it others in similar circumstance.

This product was packaged very nicely and I love that it comes in its own carry case.The pillow that came with it was wonderful and smelled like lavender and mint. It is stuffed with dried herbs and is amazing !I opened the case and inside was the bag of herbs and buckwheat hulls.The mat itself was amazing as well and is made of a coco type material.I enjoy lying on the mat in bed or on the couch but I haven’t experienced a ton of relief from the process. I am still going to keep using it just because it makes me schedule a time to slow down for 20+ minutes and enjoy some peace and quiet

This is an excellent device for relieving pain. The effects may be gradual but with prolonged use, the pain can subside. It takes a little while to get use to especially the pillow on your head. I have used the matt and pillow for about two weeks and I still wear a thin layer of clothing. Eventually in order to get the full effect, I'll take my shirt off

Love this product a lot. Especially the pillow in this set. It wraps so well around the waist and gives nice lower back tension relief. It feels great for my back, feet and my neck. Love the color too. It looks nice on my lounge chair. Really happy with this product.
