Instructions?
The removable red plastic top of the can was embossed with the words 'yeast and enclosed.'Yeast was ok byu there were no instructions. Two cans were supplied together, but no instructions with either. I have brewed several other varieties from different manufacturers so I just did what I always do and it seems to be working, so it is still awarded 3 stars but it has not yet finished brewing.P.S:-- Update-Being used to other manufacturers who enclose separate instructions, I usually start by immersing the can in hot water and I usually do this with the label still attached. Conveniently this usually soaks off the label at the same time which I use later to identify which variety that was brewing I had expected to find the instructions under the red plastic cap and by the time I had soaked it the label did not come off easily and had to be scraped off, thus it became unreadable. I later went to the web site as suggested and found what I should have done to find the instructions.. So, apologies to Coopers, it's not yet ready but seems to be progressing well. It is now in a pressure barrel maturing and waiting to be enjoyed. I really don't see the point of enhancer though. With other kits I usually brew with 1.5 Kg of Basic granulated sugar. I have used up to 2Kg to increase the alc.% but other than I just follow the basic instructions for a very satisfactory result.

Coopers - yes. This one - avoid.
For whatever reason, this beer turned out flat compared to other coopers varieties. I've brewed over 30 batches, mostly coopers, and usually secondary fermentation produces a very fizzy beer. This one was completely flat. No idea why. I didn't forget a step, and another batch of a different variety was fermented in the same room, completely different results. As a side note, the colour is very dark for a beer - it's orange brown like an ale. Nothing like the colour in the picture.
