Having a device that is capable of keeping track of crucial statistics without needing numerous devices or laborious methods is something that I believe would be of great use to everyone. I have the impression that having continual health insights directly on my wrist motivates me to maintain accountability and to be more conscious of the ways in which the decisions I make in my lifestyle affect my overall health. Previously, I had not had a positive experience with standard blood pressure monitors, which often seemed bulky and required a significant amount of time to set up. That is why I decided to test this device. As a result of the fact that this watch came with an inflated cuff, the procedure became far less complicated, and it now only takes me a few seconds each day to get a reading. As soon as I began using it, I became aware of how simple the interface was for monitoring everyday statistics such as the levels of oxygen in the blood, the pace of my heartbeat, and my blood pressure. My smartphone was able to sync with it without any problems, which enabled me to see patterns over a period of time rather than just a single figure. Because of this, I was able to see trends, such as higher readings when I am under a lot of stress and lower readings while I am resting and drinking enough water. Those individuals who desire more than just a routine checkup at the doctor's office will find this to be a significant step forward, in my opinion.

waste of money review does not let you put less than one star, in reality I will rate it 0 zero. It gives false readings. It is not water resistant. Is more like a toy that does not even works like a toy.

Left my original review below for reference. But I have an update. First, the BP results just don't seem right. At one point it said something like 180 /120 and I immediately checked again with a regular BP device and got 125 / 80. So, that's a concern in terms of the measurement of BP. But the stranger thing is this digital watch DOESN'T KEEP TIME. It is consistently off. No matter what I've tried. And even if I sync it with the app and it happens to re-sync the time, a little later and boom - it's off again - by like 20 to 40 minutes off. All that said, I think I may actually need to return it - even after loving it at first...Original Review: Super easy set up. Love the app, and it's really convenient to do BP tests at any point in the day. And since it's a watch, I don't have to worry about long sleeves, short sleeves, etc. The band is super comfortable, even during the testing.

This watch is great if you are ok with trusting an app. I've had too many issues with data breaches on my phone, so I have started avoiding buying anything that requires can app to fully function. So, if you don't have issues with those things, this phone would probably work just fine for you. I didn't realize that the app for this was required to make some of the important functions work. I figured all I wanted was the basic functions and didn't really care about data saving and charting and so on, so I probably wouldn't need it. But it seems that I can set some of the functions I want without the app.All of that aside, I will say that of the features I am able to use without the app, I am pretty impressed with them. I like the BP function, heart rate, and so on abilities. I wanted those for when I walk, hike, etc. Personally, I find the stats it records with those functions to be accurate when I compare them to other devices at the same time.

The media could not be loaded. This watch it's good to check pressure and more. Accuracy looks ok, it inflates to check ur pressure, thing that I never saw in a watch. I was using it in my grandpa, he's no really tech savvy so I think it's great for him instead of spending a grand in some branded watch, nothing fancy but it does the job.

Monitoring my BP was the main reason I purchased this watch. I am currently testing 5 different BP monitors and while the readings for this one are not always consistent (a few times I’ve gotten very unusually high numbers randomly), it does average fairly spot on values with the readings from my doctors office. I don’t expect a home monitor to generate 100% accurate readings but am more interested in using one for relative comparison over time to monitor trends. I think this device could do that and also allows for a simple way to test throughout the day without having to carry around a cuff.The watch band is comfortable to wear once you fit it properly but the BP readings take over 100 seconds to generate which is longer than I’m finding other products to be. It can get a little irritating sitting there for that long if testing multiple times throughout the day.The app is ok and I had trouble connecting it to my phone as it keeps saying Bluetooth not enabled although it clearly is.

Overall very pleased with features and functionality of this heart monitoring watch. I was surprised how easy it was to set up and get started. Heart monitoring, Comprehensive health tracking, improved my sleep, easy to read display, long battery life, call and text and step tracking. App was easy to set up with my phone and simple to navigate. Fits perfectly on my wrist and sits pretty comfortable. Plus I’m really digging how the watch vibrates to set reminders.

It's accurate, blood pressure and heart rate, very close to accurate. Band needs improving..
