I wasn't sure how well this was going to show up on regular notebook paper and colored cardstock. I used a rubber stamp that had a quotation on it. First I used the notebook paper and it showed the words up incredibly. THen I tried the blue cardstock paper. It was gorgeous. Both the notebook stamp and the blue cardstock really showered shimmer and brilliance to the paper it was on whenever I rocked the papers in the light. I haven't tried any glitter which is my favorite stamping hobby but I am going to. Extremely happy.

Didn’t know what to expect from this ink pad, but I do like the shimmer it gives.

Produces a subtle shimmer. Would be nice stamped as a background element on a winter card, such as snowflakes on a navy background. Using a sponge dauber gives a more distinct shimmer. Wish there were a reinker.

The color is beautiful! I still need to learn how to use it, and I'm having fun trying. I made a card about giving love, stamping the sentiment with black ink, then stamped the same sentiment in several places with the Antique Sparkle. You can't really see it unless you hold it at the right angle....maybe like a sparkling ''subliminal'' message, ha! If anyone has any tips or suggestions for using the ink, I'd be happy to take them.

I always loved making cards, and decided to try this. I was really impressed with the result when the embossing powder is added.
