I spent a year looking at Escooters. I’m six foot eight inches tall and weigh 275lbs. I have a size 16 shoe so a wide deck, that’s sturdy to handle my size (and maybe a friend if needed) was required. . The ones that look like trash on the street are not built to support my size. That’s where this scooter kicks their ass.Firstly, I am not a tool, setup or install person. I break a sweat holding a screw driver. 😂This scooter arrived and all I had to do was open the box attach the handlebars(with tools they provided) unfold it till I heard it click lock and boom i was done.It’s enormous. I took comparative pictures of your standard street trash-esque scooter versus this one.Comparing size, performance, sturdiness and overall eye appeal there’s truly nothing to compare. This scooter wins.But the interesting part is how in just two days I’ve had at least 15 encounters from strangers inquiring on how and where I got this beauty.The price point is significant.. there’s no denying it. But I feel very confident that the ROI (return on investment); will be met within a months time.The package also included a charger, that has a cooling fan (very nice because many don’t so charging with those kind can be dangerous..).Tools and extra brake pads.There’s a security lock (adorable but I’d get something way more stronger and complex to break or deactivate. I bought an AirTag and hid it inside of the scooter not easily accessible.Don’t even try and play youseself by leaving it outside anywhere.I’m big enough and can carry mine a on scooter shoulder strap. But most can’t. So make sure you spend the money on the most top notch lock. Do not skimp on this item. I am fully aware that leaving it unattended without the best security lock possible will only result in its theft.It appears my year of searching for the best scooter paid off. I don’t have anything bad to say,It’s 2500 watts motor with awesome suspension.Adults get this scooter. Parents understand if you’re buying this for anyone that is unable to support their weight (if the kid can’t do a pull up DO NOT GET THIS. It’s too much scooter.)But if you’re a grown up looking for a fun, economical, and flirty toy for trips around town you want this.Love, love, love!

The first thing I noticed when I got the scooter was that the light switch was on upside down. I wasn't too upset about that and was still otherwise super excited. I had a great time with the scooter while it lasted, which wasn't long. On the fourth ride, the scooter started to give me an error about a "Controller Failure" and then when pressing the accelerator key the error would turn into a "Motor Failure". The manual does tell you what these errors are but does not have any instructions regarding how to fix them. I have been eyeing this scooter for about a year, and it was super disappointing to finally make the jump for it to be broken 4 rides later. Also to note, I didn't do anything that I would think would cause any issues (no drops or being particularly rough with it). Maybe I just received a dud, but I would be hesitant to buy this brand again after this experience.

Yep, it is awesome. Much faster than you probably need. Lol You really need a helmet with this thing. Taking a spill at 30+mph is gonna be brutal...this thing has exceeded my expectations. Its a blast. If you are over 200 pounds and up, its going to continually go slower. I am 208 and I can get it up to 31. My other friend is 268 and gets to about 25. If you are under 150 pounds you might hit 40 though. Be careful have fun, this scooter is great, and def bigger than it looks, its deceiving in the pictures. Customer service has been top notch. Don't hesitate to buy a scooter from this seller. They have answered all of my concerns and addressed any questions I have had in a timely matter. Very happy with this purchase and process

Had some delivery issues when I first placed my order for the scooter but at no fault of the company, FedEx was the problem there. Their communication was great a sent be a new scooter in no time since the first one was lost by FedEx.Once I got it, I was impressed by the build quality of it. It's a little heavy but still manageable to carry short distances if needed. This the has some speed on it for sure. Im no small guy and it carried my weight easily. Overall, I'm happy.Over time, I would like to see how the battery holds up. I'll keep you all posted but as of now, you should buy this scooter if you're in the market for one.

This is the second scooter I have purchased. (My first was a starter from gotrax) I absolutely love this thing! It is such a smooth ride, has a great battery life and is almost too fast. I like it so much im buying a second one so i can ride with friends and dont have to get off to let them take a turn. Was super easy to unbox and get it ready for riding. The only thing that is even remotely a complaint from me, is that it weighs 60+ pounds and I live on the 4th floor of my building. The gotrax only weighed 30 pounds. But once you ride the Arwibon you will understand why it is a bit heavier. (To be honest I'm getting a great workout carring it up an down the stairs. But if you can't lift 60+ and go up or down stairs, then it might not be a good fit for you)So to compare it to the first one i bought, its 3×'s faster, has bigger wheels, suspension and a battery that last many miles longer. Another plus is that you can buy a second charger an charger your scooter twice as fast with the duel charging ports. I have put 750 mils on the odometer so far an look forward to many more. For the price, this is a whole lot of scooter.
