I found Golden Flaxseed really helps my constipation and is very gentle. If you’ve struggled with Fybogel/pysillium husk and other supplements for IBS and constipation. You just sprinkle a table spoon on your cereal, yogurt and it works a treat! I think everyone should use this as so few get enough fibre in there diets.

I have used this product for over a year it is allways well packaged and milled to the same level.itis used mainly on my breakfast . adependable product.

Seems very good quality compared to my usual which I get from Aldi ,although they are out of stock,more expensive of course,but you can pay more
