Safe way to reduce inflammation
My aunt has bursitis and had been taking paracetamol and ibuprofen for weeks. This didn't seem like a good idea so I got her some of these. Great for aching joints.
Having played squash for over 30 years and now having joint pain, I tried these capsules and have to say they are great. No more walking down stairs in the mornings wih aching knees. I would highly recommend them.
