Gorgeous top, exactly as pictured!!!
Gorgeous! Beautiful summer top, perfect for hot days. Flowy, lightweight material and I LOVE that the off the shoulder stays firmly in place!! I wore it all day and never had to mess with it. Very happy with this purchase!!! Photo attached.

Runs small
Im 5'1" and 215 pounds, 38DD. I bought an XL and it was too small, it was more like a large or medium. However I still liked the shirt and gave it to my teenage daughter who it fit perfectly.

This top is so adorable on very flattering to the figure. Top does not run small so order your normal size.

Cute and as expected!
For an inexpensive blouse it's pretty much what I expected. I bought the bergundy/white combo and the colors look as advertised. The material is decent quality and the workmanship isn't bad either. I'm always hesitant buying things from Amazon as I know much of it's from China but this is a win and I will keep it. Don't plan on doing much overhead though. The top has elastic to keep it on your shoulders but if you move around a lot it will pop up. You may also want to iron it to give it a more expensive look because it comes out of the bag really wrinkled.

Super adorable top
Super adorable top! It fits true to size, though a little short in the front at the tie if you have a longer torso. Not enough to be a deal breaker, just slightly shorter than what I usually wear. I got the pink/white stripe in 18/20. It also stays down off shoulders way better than most off the shoulder tops. I will definitely be buying again in another color!

BEAUTIFUL SUMMER BLOUSE
Very sexy and summery. The model shown wearing the top looks very tall so I was hesitant to order it. I'm 4 foot 11 with a small frame, it fits perfect!!!!

NOT as described - read cost of return
JUST HORRIBLE! The blouse does not look anything like the photo. Made of cheap halloween-type fabric and size was 2x too small. BEWARE...If you buy this blouse for $15, it will cost you $100 to return it to seller in CHINA. A complete rip-off and seller should NOT be allowed to sell on Amazon.
