Shower head was exactly as described and expected. This is not a "high end" product. The materials seem to be mostly plastic, but in a second bathroom rarely used it performs well for those dollars. I ordered this because of the economical price and the long hose (6 ft). I use our "guest bath" primarily for bathing my 75 lb dog and it works very well. My two footed guests haven't complained, so overall I am very happy with this shower head.

Our home was built in the 1950s and the shower pipe added in the 1970s I believe. The previous handheld was made by Niagra and we purchased it here on Amazon for $13.99. Worked like a champ until it broke from normal use. Instead of ordering another one of those, I opted for this one due to the high rating. This one is terrible. We have pushed the bracket upward and tightened as much as we can, without over-tightening and breaking it (plastic.) Because the bottom portion of the handle is what fits in the holder, the sprayhead will not spray outward. As you can see in the picture, it points downward toward the drain. If you want to shower with it left in the bracket, you have to stand nearly against the wall. Our previous handheld by Niagra had a thicker handle and it rested in the bracket in the center of the handle so the sprayhead pointed outward and we could stand in the center of the tub. I don't know if our bracket is defective, or if it's a design flaw, or if it's working as intended and we just have an old-style shower. I can purchase and additional piece to make it work better. However, that shouldn't be necessary. I didn't have to do that for the last one we had. I can only say that this won't work long-term in our shower. I can't return it because we need it and can't go a few days while we wait for a new one to be delivered. Won't be buying this again. Those with older showers beware... you might need an additional part to make this work properly.

Overall, this hand held shower for its $15 has amazing features including multi-spray settings (which the less expensive handhelds often don't have), it looks good and also features an all stainless steel water hose (most less expensive handhelds have plastic hoses with faux chrome accents to make them look like chrome or stainless steel). It also fits into my former handheld shower holder (which other brands DID NOT and would require more effort changing out the shower wall pipe connector. My only slight complaint is that even in the highest "heavy rain" spray setting, I do not feel the pulsating water force rinses soap off my skin as quickly or thoroughly as my former handheld (which brand I bought at an OSH store years ago and featured oxgenated water flow which increased the spray pressure flow without consuming more water usage. Some people do not like a harder spray flow, but I feel cleaner afterwards (to each their own). I will add that the massage setting does have a much harder flow--but perhaps too hard for continual use. Again though for the price, the overall quality of this product is very good and much better than others in its price range.

I'm not one to typically write a one star review for anything but I feel the need since I purchased this item due to all the glowing reviews it had. It came quickly and installed with ease, but from day one, I was worried about how "plastic" this shower head is. So far the plastic "chrome" finish has held up but the seals are already blown after just a couple months and the holder can only keep its position when the water is turned on. Once the water is off, the shower head just droops down. I have tried to tighten the unit but it's already as tights as it will get. I would recommend finding a unit that's not plastic and has more robust seals.

Not too happy with this thing, but you get what you pay for I guess. The gentlest option available is still too strong for me, the water pressure is too much even on the “lightest” setting.Immediately upon removing from box I heard something rattling around inside the shower head. I recorded a video of it if the seller is interested in seeing it. Maybe it’s a broken regulator and that’s why the water pressure is so high?Also not pleased with the weak pivot joint. Every time I touch the handle to remove the wand or put it back it sags down. Just overall lower quality product. Not worth it to me to return, will just buy something different at some point.

The unit actually is better than I expected when I made the purchase. It is obviously not as nice as some of the much more expensive units, but it is descent quality and works like I would expect. Most of it is plastic that is chrome plated BUT it looks quite good and works very good. I would definitely buy again. Only downside was that there were no instructions included but it is rather obvious how to install - just had to look at the parts and I could see what to do.

Works well and it's light.

It's easy to install and works great.The only problem I have, and this is with all of them, is that the bend in the pipe that it connect to, means that even when adjusted, the shower stream goes straight down toward the drain, not into the center of the tub.
