Angora Rabbits - A different opinion
I was concerned when I read the other review which was quite scathing in its comments but having looked at the very positive reviews in the Kindle version, I was somewhat unsure as to what to expect. Well, having read it, I feel the other reviewer has been extremely picky and unfair as I and my children found this book most enlightening and informative.Certainly the area concerning the harvesting of the wool and spinning was general in its nature but this is a pet book and not a book for those looking for detailed knowledge on that subject but links and book titles are provided on where to find further information for those interested. As for the colors, these have been covered pretty well for the information I needed and are not one line comments as indicated. The issue of vaccines was clearly stated to differ in different parts of the world and of course the website links are best viewed and used in a Kindle version but welcome for those of us who don’t have one. I couldn’t fault the size of type and didn’t notice any large gaps that were claimed and I personally found the bullet points used as a great way to emphasize the points made.In her introduction, Ms. Fletcher clearly states that the book in written in a simple style that enabled my children to read it as I encouraged them to be fully informed and understand what we were taking on before deciding on whether we would buy a rabbit or not. ‘Fluffy’ has joined our family and he is adorable.

love the links & pics
Lots of good info. I really appreciated all the links to websites & blogs full of more info. This book covers all the basics very well. Lots of cute angora photos. Some of the info I just read and filled under, not for my Rabbitry ( I.e. The insurance).I did not click on all the links but the ones I did we're all still active working links. I found information on those sites about creating your own organic homegrown mix of feeds,My family currently owns California rabbits and I am getting my first Angora today. This book was a great knowledge builder. Angoras have slightly different needs than other breeds do.Favorite part: all the links to click on. Creates a very broad list of resources to learn from.

Excellent introduction to the specific needs for Angora Rabbits
I will be purchasing my first Angora Rabbit next month and picked up this book in anticipation. It was a quick read and I enjoyed every minute of it. I have found most of this information in other places but it was nice to have a consolidated place to look for information on this very special breed of rabbits.

Maybe good for a younger reader
This is basically a common sense manual that repeats the same points over and over again throughout this short book. Most of the point would apply to any new pet. I was not impressed. I was hoping for angora rabbit specific details, while there are some the majority of the book just stresses that you do your research before purchasing a rabbit. Very simply written book. Maybe good for a younger reader.

very helpful
I bought this book with hopes of understanding more about angoras before I bought any not only did it answer all my questions but it gave me more to ask the breeder and begin dreaming about how I will care for my rabbits when I get them. I feel confident that I not only want one but will have confidence in caring for them.

Highly recommeded
Very informative and helpful. Enjoyed the read. They want me to add 13 more words to accept this review. How stupid is that? Wish I could get it in hard or paperback. Good book to have on hand.

I recommend it to anyone who needs a good starter book
I recommend it to anyone who needs a good starter book, overviewing all aspects of angora rabbit ownership. It is practical and realistic, and it also has useful lists and resources listed. It even includes instructions on spinning the fibre! It would benefit from some copy-editing to make the flow better, but otherwise a great book.

Information not only about Angora-bunnies
This books includes good tipps for Angora-owners and hobby-breeders. But there is very less information about the wool and the shearing of the bunnies. I needed infos and photos about that but didn't really get. In some chapters are lots Information about normal bunny-care you can find in any other bunny-book. not only about Angoras. Well, I Keep this book but ist not the best one.

Don't quit your day job.
Literally the worst piece of literature I have ever read. I learnt more from an article on the internet than I did from this entire book and trust me I read it all! If it wasn't for the terrible and hilarious grammar mistakes in this book then I would have thrown it in the bin after 5 minutes but everyone needs a giggle so I ploughed on regardless. In for a penny and all. This woman is constantly repetitive and contradictory and seems to have sourced all of the images from google. A lot of space is devoted to irrelevant pricing of products and services which I'm sure would only be useful if you lived in her home town.It has the feel of a school project done by a 12 year old, of which their parents were so proud of they had it published complete with source links. This woman appears to know what she is talking about but is in dyer need of an editor. Please put my £10 towards hiring one for your next book.
