Great little backpack with chest strap My daughter will be taking as a day-sack when backpacking and will easily fit 2/3 changes of clothes as well as water bottle, first aid kit, trainers etcLightweight and appears waterproof although yet to test this out. Fixings appear good quality and a few sub compartments for wet clothes, easy access to phone, camera etc.Would recommend for D of E and other backpacking trips

I love how easily the backpack folds in on itself, and how quick it is to reverse the action too. It opens out into a very decent-sized day bag, is lightweight but durable enough to have carried all the equipment needed for a day-long safari: binoculars, camera, battery pack, a light jacket, water bottle, sunscreen etc, as well as snacks!! There is no padding to any of the pockets, so any delicate equipment will need to be protected in its own case/container, but of course, as there are enough compartments to keep things separate, this was not a problem for me.Nice detail added with the little handle for the folded up pack, which makes it easy to clip this onto a larger bag when not needed. Nice sized bottle holders and well-placed loops for carabiners. The zippers are all good quality, and although the main fabric is light & thin, it held up to the stress of three weeks on the road just fine.The one thing I would change is the quality of the clips - the band meant to go across the torso is held together with small, flimsy and strangely coloured clips. (One red, one yellow in my case!) On this trip I wasn’t hiking or even walking long distances with the bag on, so it didn’t matter to me, but I can imagine this niggling if on a more arduous walk or climb. In all other ways, I’m well pleased with this purchase.

Product arrived very quickly but I have only had it for just over a week and only used a couple of times. I haven't been able to test how water resistant it actually is and hence only a 4 star marking. I would be reticent to trust it in anything more than a shower and will use suitable plastic inner bag just in case (as I did with my previous rucksack from another vendor). The material seems very strong in comparison to the previous rucksack that I had. Plenty of compartments and I particularly like the hidden zipped pocket inside useful for credit cards/keys etc. Large main compartment with a divider which easily held my Dell 13" computer, the other part comfortably housing waterproof jacket and scarf. The side net pockets are ample for holding umbrella or water bottles. I also like the side clips which should support the sides if slightly overstuffed (again not tested yet and hence not 5 star) but do keep brolly in place. I like the addition of the chest strap but do feel that the straps on either side could able to be adjusted by an additional couple of inches . I am a size 14 and with a thick down jacket on found it to be a little tight but not quite to the point of strangulation.It folds down to a small case very easily and the reverse is also true and is very lightweight so ideal to take on weekends away or if flying and you need something for your travels or extra space for purchased items on way home.All in all I am very pleased with the quality for the reasonable price I paid as a day backpack but I would not use it for any more serious hiking or backpacking.

Nice looking and has plenty of pockets. However, it didnt even survive a month around Asia. In fact, it broke on the first week. One shoulder strap broke, one of the main zippers broke, and the stitching is exhausted. I will be inquiring about a refund.

Great bag for hiking. Just the right size for everything I need. Great thing is that it easily folds up into a small rectangular pouch with a carry handle. Lots of pockets and pouches for phones, keys, and outer hooks to hang my carriber clips on with dog bowls etc. I will buy another soon for my partners fishing outings.

Great backpack, however, one of the zips did break after only using it for a couple of days.It does fit a lot in and the fact it folds away is amazing.

This bag appeared tiny in the packaging and I still thought it would be too small but it’s has so far proven to be more than enough for carrying cameras iPad lunch clothes etc. It’s also amazingly light.
