The lip on the dustpan is perfect so picks up even fine things like dust and hair (from pets and small kids and big messy people). The brush bristles are dense enough to get most everything into the dustpan each time. Having a duster and broom that are so light weight is nice. No matter how much work I do, my arms don’t get tired and the tendinitis doesn’t act up. The wood, plastic, and metal components all have good thickness so they’re comfortable to hold and easy to handle. I like having these easily accessible and like that they kind of blend in with their surroundings. The pieces do not snap together. So happy with this purchase. I makes me look forward to clean ups :-).

The size of the dustpan was just what I needed. I was happy to have the duster included. The brush works great, and the quality is good for the price.

I wish both the pan-handle and the broom-handle had matching, lined-up holes for suspending the whole shebang from a single hook. Or that they “snapped” together. I drilled a hole in the dustpan-handle, and the cord running through the broom-handle, and it’s working well enough. Otherwise, it is exactly as I thought it was when I ordered it, and certainly the broom and the dustpan are doing the job well.

I try to balance eco-sustainability, quality and price. I found this product while searching to replace a broken plastic hand broom and dustpan. I was hoping for metal and not plastic parts but the price was good. I've had it about two months and am very pleased. The plastic parts are very sturdy and well made. I am now actually glad to have the plastic dustpan as I've used it for some wet messes and washed it with ease without having to worry about rust or dents. The duster was a bonus since I was only looking to replace and upgrade my broom and dustpan. I've used it just as much as the broom. It is great for dusting and washable. The fabric is attached with hook and eye strips and can be washed.

I like functional products that also look good hanging in your home. I love the wooden handle and natural look of the brush, against the deep black of the pan. The pan also fits well to the ground and the rubber end feels like it suctions to the floor. I also like the additional jagged edges for scrapping the dust bunnies and junk that collects on the bottom of the brush. I haven't yet used the duster companion component but love that it is velcroed on so you can toss it in the wash.

Awful static on the black dustpan, enough that it's not a very effective dustpan. Giving it an extra star because its rubber squeegee edge should be useful and looks high quality, although the static makes it difficult to utilize. And an extra star because I haven't yet used the chenille blinds cleaner yet.

Too be honest, the duster came as part of the set I purchased consisting of a small dustpan, broom and the duster was considered by me to be just an extra. I really only wanted the dustpan and broom. I LOVE the little duster that came in the set. I didn't even think I would use it since I have a duster already. That old duster is in the closet never to be seen again. The new one peels off of the handle being held by velcro so it may be laundered. I have swiffer dusters that do not do this kind of job. Get one. It's worth every penny and the dustpan and broom are nice too.

It just right for my hand and it not heavy dust pan and brush it just right for small jobs and dust I love it picks up in one swip I don't have to keep have to go over it so I love my set and the price was worth it! And it was reasonable!...

The only thing that kind of looks like the products in the photo is maybe the bamboo brush. I got a grey plastic dustpan with no serrated teeth. Completely false advertising. I will be looking to return it.

I thought I was purchasing a metal dustpan but it is plastic. Also the pan doesn’t attach nicely to brush. It slips off easily.I do love the brush as it has a nice feel to it when brushing but was disappointed by the dust pan.
