I was having extreme problems with gnats and when I read that they can hatch up to 40 to 80 Larvae I panicked! I had been spraying and using other traps to get rid if them. Shorts after I put these sensors thru out the house... no more gnats so I think between the Apple cider vinegar and these electronic sensors my problem is solved!

At the time I bought this, the reviews were higher. I figured I might as well give it a try. I can now confirm that it does nothing and you are better off taking the money you would spend on it and light it on fire. How do I know this? A large cockroach was having a leisurely stroll in my bathroom less than a foot away from where this was plugged in. I had to scream and dowse it with raid. Could this be because I didn’t have enough of these plugged in? Nope. I have a 600 square foot apartment and I plugged in all of them. And now I will have to call my exterminator, who actually does manage to keep the bugs out. If you are looking for piece of mind, look elsewhere.

This is a very funny,true story! Right after receiving my order for six of these ultrasonic pest repeller units, I installed them in my garage,kitchen,both bathrooms and two of the four bedrooms in my house.Just few minutes later, there were two full grown cockroaches at the bottom of a white trash can in a bathroom,presumably to escape the ultrasound noise.They were easily disposed of in my black outside trash can.Seems that sometimes you don't have to wait several weeks to get rid of some of these pests.This an older one story house in Southern California.I recommend this product and will buy more for other rooms and my attic.

Had it a few weeks now and low and behold not an insect in sight. I'm still waiting to see something....anything...but no nothing!!! Works fine with our dogs too as they don't seem to be bothered by it.

Don’t waste your precious time and money buying this. It’s useless and does not work and has never worked and will never work. The ants in my kitchen are instead building their nest around it after 3 weeks of installing them. The previous 4 and 5 star reviews above are paid reviews. They are unreliable. The makers from China will agree with you to order the product through amazon. Then they will reimburse you plus a small percentage via PayPal in exchange for a positive review

This item just doesn't seem to repell anything for us. We've had these in for 2-3 months and, if anything, we have MORE insect/critter problems. Bugs keep crawling under our stove, in our kitchen and dining areas, and around the baseboards of our bathroom. Tried sprays and traps and they were not very helpful. These electric repellers (we've tried 2 different kinds!) were a desperate buy that failed miserably.

I moved into a new house with a disturbing amount of spiders. I figured I'd try these first and if they didn't work I'd get an exterminator but to my surprise, it has significantly cut down the number of spiders. I got 2 packs to try to cover every room. I still catch one every so often but if you can spare the outlets, these really do seem to work.

these absolutely did not work. within 48 hours of installing them all over my house, there was literally a spiderweb built onto one. they did not affect the bugs at all in my basement or anywhere else in my house.
