StellarElement Griddle Pan, Black, 28 x 28 cm

I bought this to enable me to cook potatoe scones and pancakes which I did yesterday and they turned out perfectly. Its a little expensive but the end result means I will have perfect results every time and highly recommended it.

Bought as a birthday present for baking Scottish Pancakes, perfect!!! Highly recommend for this type of baking.

Nice feel and looks good with a good non stick surface.. My only issue is that I've used it twice and it's already distorted under the heat...I have a raised dome in the middle???

This pan is domed in the middle so that the oil disperses to the edges. I would not want it pooling in the middle, but it can be very annoying where fishcakes at the edge are swimming in oil while ones at the centre are burning dry. It would be better if it were completely flat.

Easily the best you can buy. Totally non stick. Excellent product

Making scones

I have one of these already and this was bought as a gift for my daughter who loves breakfast pancakes. It is really solid and as a Scot's lassie brought up having goodies baked on a real blacksmith made girdle , this is a very good substitute and a lot easier to lift and clean !

Well made and looks good but if space is limited yhen this is not an essential item etc etc etc
