Helps sleep but....
So I purchased this to help with my rls and to help me fall asleep instead of laying awake for hours,I found that it does appear to help with me falling asleep and my legs do seem less restless, however I've been using for 4 nights now and each night I've woken to excessive sweaty legs and itchy, now I am peri menopausal so it could just be me, but usually I'd be sweaty everywhere. The itchiness is definitely new, I have no rashes though, so will continue for a few more days, but just a warning to others.

Great to add magnesium to your body just a few sprays. Might sting a bit at first but that normally means you need the magnesium.
