Works good, but is a bit short. The pad and straps need to be a longer, as it's hard to get a hold of them. Probably be fine for a child or small person.

I use this lifting belt to pick up my handicapped wife from almost any sitting position to standing. It works well and is easily put aside and doesn't wrinkle her clothes.

Excellent for lifting patient upwards. I like a full gait belt for transfers.

The patient has Parkinson and Dementia and walks stooped over most times. The belt helps to keep him upright and easier on my back by pulling and pushing. I really like the belt.
