I recommend them, they do make heels softer :After the first day I wore these my heels became smooth.Need to wear on a regular basis :I suggest using regularly after , having feet treatment for cracked or dry heels .That way the feet are protected and stay soft :And after paying a lot of money to have a foot treatment they will keep feet / heels soft / no more cracks.Be gentle with the socks or the gell splits :Am glad I bought them ,now looking at hand gell for painful arthriticHands .Very comfortable , pretty colour.I wore at night too .I recommend this amazing product.

It did work but not on really dry areas. I got a few wears out of them. I’m only a size 4 and felt a little big

Wow, these are absolutely amazing!!🤩🤩 I had extremely cracked heels, I have worn them for 2 days and overnight both days and once my heels soften I use a foot file to remove the hard skin painlessly for the first time I many years. Once I’d filed I then put the sock back in with my foot lotion and the deep cracks are healed and almost gone. I would never hesitate I recommending these, they’ve created a permanent solution to very sore feet! Thank you 😊

I was a bit dubious about these but gave them a try after seeing them in a Buzzfeed listicle. They actually work really well. I wear them for between half an hour and an hour before bed a few times a week and my feet are definitely softer and smoother afterwards. I wouldn't want to wear them in bed though, they're not that comfy.

I was a bit sceptical about whether these would actually soften rough skin on heels but they really do work and I had really soft heels after only wearing them for two nights. Just keep them to wear occasionally now. They feel cold on your heels when you put them on but they are really quite comfortable.

Comfortable and a good fit. Only just received them so can't comment on whether they actually do anything. Hence four stars.Pity about the ridiculously large envelope they came in which certainly wasn't necessary.

I have had to wear orthotics in my shoes since age of 14 when I ran professionally. Now I am 42, and my heels do become very uncomfortable at night. I bought these Heel Gel socks with not much exception, but they have been a life saver. I would wake up a lot during the night to get comfy, now I sleep all the way through the night. On days when my heels feel a little more uncomfortable I put scholl heel cream on then the gel socks and it is a match made in heaven.

Would buy again over and over, good value for the money, made my feet super soft and used more than once, great quality, easy to use, stretches and moisturizing for great heal healing

Living in our dry Canadian winters and having to wear socks in my shoes, socks rub all day at work and my heels immediately get very dry and cracked as opposed to the summer when you an wear flip flops and open sandals. Socks just dry out my heels like crazy. I do get regular pedicures and apply lotion all over my body every morning after my shower. And I also have a Micro Pedi which I love and use but I would have to use it daily to remove the dryness from my heels after the end of the work day wearing socks and then my heels become painful from using it too much. Socks, it just seems like I can't win. I also have a substantial and painful crack on one heel that just won't heal. These arrived yesterday, put them on immediately and wore them all day and to bed last night. I can't believe the difference in just one day. Clearly during the winter I have to wear socks in my boots or shoes all day at work so, I will be using these every night. Totally happy with these. Heels healed overnight, pain is gone. Where have they been all my life!
