My 97 yr old dad's hearing aids broke and this got him through until his replacements arrived. It works great and he could hear. We bought wax plugs to keep the earpieces secure. They kept falling out of his ears. We liked the volume control.

Got these for my mother, she did not care for them. Not very good as a hearing device! it is a nice concept, to have the device around the neck as there's no risk of losing the aids. However, a lot of feedback in the form of high pitch sounds. placement of the mic at the end of the "arms" isn't the best especially for winter/cold months as scarves, coats etc. run on the mic (as it is around the neck) and produce a lot of noise.

Too much noise inferences

Bought these for my 84 yr old mother. She has lost several expensive hearing aids and stopped wearing them because she was afraid they would drop out of her ear. She also wears glasses & the behind the ear style was cumbersome to wear with her glasses. These are perfect! She loves them. Easy to put on, comfortable, noise reduction, volume control and no fear of losing them. And added plus no need to purchase & install teeny tiny batteries. These fully charge in an hour. brilliant!

Too loud, not sufficient volume control, sounds like your in a tunnel. Not happy with these at all, would like to send them back.

Bought this hoping to increase voice volume from the TV that I have problems hearing. This unit might work well with an iPhone for telephone calls or your album collection but it doesn't work well amplifying TV. In fact, working with all the volume levels and noise reduction only made TV sound reception worse. Was hoping to increase the decibel level of TV and all it seemed to do was increase the volume of the dog barking next door. I'll try a much more expensive unit from another vendor.

These worked well for my Mother, and hold charge all day.She lost hearing aids constantly, so this was a good alternative.

Sound is very high pitch and can’t be used as a hearing amplifier. Couldn’t return it because shipping back is expensive. So my lost is the item price and the shipping. Never again.
