In September 2024 the RRP is £18.99, although the garment is a good idea and the bag it comes in it very handy , it is in my opinion costly. I would say that this is more suitable for short hair, with that been said I would prefer if the hood was more accessible e.g a zip or button as with this hood you have to put it over your head.

This is an ideal emergency waterproof cape/hood, great for carrying in your bag or backpack.It comes in a handy bag so it can be restored in your purse or backpack without any water getting into other items in the bag.

I ordered this in Abstract Blue and I've received it in pink which was disappointing, although I can see it does say blue on the bag label - even though the bag is clear and the pink hood is clearly visible inside.Putting that to one side the hood comes in a little bag. It works well and the hood is a good size when worn. I did find it was quite tough to get on, you have to put your head through the neck hole to put the hood on and the hole is pretty small. It feels more sized for women than men I would say.Its a smart idea and the hood is decent - I like the fact it has an adjustment toggle on the back of it. I would like it if they maybe did it in flat colours, I'm not crazy on any of the patterns offered. Also the neck hole could be a bit larger.

This waterproof cape/hood is perfect for emergencies and can easily be carried in your bag or backpack. It comes with a convenient bag, ensuring no water will leak onto other items in your bag when storing it. This is a great item to have on hand for unexpected rain showers.I would recommend it.

Pros: This is a water-proof hood that can be put over the head when you get into wet weather;there are a few designs to choose from so it can match different coats or jackets;it folds neatly into a little pouch that can be taken along in a handbag.Cons: The material is thin, not puffy as some competing brands. Therefore, it is good to shield against rain but not against strong cold.

I wanted this because I have a jacket that I wear a lot that doesn't have a hood. This is easier and lighter to carry than an umbrella.It fits under your coat on your shoulders, so in a sudden downpour you are going to have to take your coat off to put it on. That's not ideal, compared to an umbrella. But it does mean that you can wear it down as you would a normal hood if it stops raining and it's not going to fly away.I caused some hilarity in the office when I took my coat off and they could see the separate hood, but secretly I just thought they were all jealous!!If you're looking for a better solution than an umbrella - perhaps you have your hands full and struggle to carry the umbrella, or it's windy, then this might be the answer to the question you never thought to ask.

Odd product. But actually kinda like it. Handy to have in bag for light showers vs umbrella. But also good for that annoying sideways rain that an umbrella really isn't going to protect you from. Seems well made. Keeps dry in a light shower. Easy to use. Folds up small. Very light.

A waterproof head. Which will keep the rain off your head when worn.it comes wrapped in clear plastic which has to be torn off. It also comes with a small bag with a button front that you can use to store it in.It looks as per the product picture. There is a button on the front of the neck which is done up when you first get it. This will need undoing before you can get it on. It's too tight otherwise. But once that's sorted it's a decent fit. There's drawstrings so you can pull it closed it needs be also.It does work. It is waterproof. So it will keep your head and shoulders dry as the rain comes down.It probably looks a bit ungainly on it's own, but who cares? You're not going to be the one getting wet. Others will.Not cheap but a well made product that will do a great job. It will fit into a bag easily thanks to size and the carrier bag also. So this is pretty good and worth having.
