Poor Packaging Ruined Gift Presentation
Unfortunately, the delivery experience was disappointing despite the product itself being of high quality. I purchased the Braun Series 9 Pro+ as a gift, but the shipping label was placed directly on the original box without any outer packaging. This completely ruined the appearance of the box, which is especially frustrating since it was meant to be a present.I expected better care in packaging, especially for a premium product like this. I hope sellers will take more care with a presentation in the future.

Ordered a new one. Received a used one
I ordered a new Braun Series 9 Pro plus electric shaver yesterday. Today I have received a used shaver. I don't need this. please replace it with a new one immediately.
