Best valued organic millet for daily use, less than one dollar per pound and cheaper than organic brown rice varieties and better nutritional value than rice, as millet is a seed where as rice is a grain.I use in place of rice, i cook in a rice cooker with 1: 1.5 water that cooks perfect for me almost like fluffy rice,it has kind of strong(not too strong) aroma like Quinoa while cooking .Overall healthy alternative to replace rice and cheaper price for organic millet and the quality is very good,

Hassle free Service
This is a tentative review as of now. My package arrived damaged inside the box. The issue of who is at fault in that is irrelevant at the moment as I am just glad that they shipped another without one single bit of hassle. It is less annoying too as they are not far from me so I will not have to wait too long.I cannot attest to the product as far as having injested and fully digested it, as the bag had been badly torn and it is just a little funky as so much spilled into the box. But I did look at the millet and it looks quite good, I have little doubt that it will be great. And to get organic at this cost is even better.I have the luxury of having a store in my town that is world renown for its amazing dry goods section. Their cost is so reasonable in general that you commonly pay for organic there what you would pay for conventional in other locals or online. It just rarely can be beat in freshness/cost/and quality. But I think this matches, if not beats them on all of these fronts. Just by looking at it.But again, I will adjust this after cooking with it for a while!

Nice quality millet
On the outside, the material of the bag is a bit plain and nothing fancy, but the millet inside is great - and that's what really counts. This is my 2nd order and I'll sure keep buying in the future.
