I had my doubts about whether this would actually work or not, and so far it’s been wonderful. We have questionable water in central Florida so we don’t want to even use the filtered H2O from the frig. We bought this, use bottled water, and it produces large and small bullet cubes. The noise level doesn’t bother us as we generally don’t stay in the kitchen. We also don’t run it constantly, just when we need ice. It also saves a lot in not having to go to the store for bags of ice, which we aren’t sure about the water they use either. It has more than paid for itself in 2 weeks with all the ice it has made. It seems to be very durable, so far great buy for the money, and easy to use. The ice quality is great, and it looks fine. We also bought this to take in our camper as going to the store for ice all the time is a pain.

I absolutely love this ice machine!I haven’t had one problem!It’s very quiet during the night time,It makes a great amount of ice and holds an amazing amount of water as back up!The Ice cubes them selves are always nice and frozen and clean! It’s really one of the best ice machine!!

Only reason for a 4 instead of 3 is the large ice holder. It is loud, and the ice comes out half made and very wet some of the time. It is not consistent with the making of the cubes. It does work OK but not what I expected. Nice thing is the self cleaning feature, we have hard water and I am really looking forward to using it every 30 days. I am not using the handle since I dont need its portability. It is pretty light weight and I love the size if the water reservoir so I dont have to refill the water but every 4 days or so.

Make sure you clean before using , it produce ice as it says in the description. The larger ice is better. Looks very well put together easy to clean. A little noise when functioning to produce ice. Bought 2 🥰

Not sure about the making 26lbs of ice per day. But this ice maker is amazing. I have never been an ice person before this machine. Now I love chomping on this soft easy to crunch ice.It does melt pretty fast. But we make a good amount and put it in the freezer. It stays easy to chew even when further frozen in the regular freezer.

I was kinda happy with this Ice Maker. This is the first time I ever purchased an ice maker so I didn't have a past experience to compare with. Makes ice quick enough for my use. I wanted supplement my Ice with my refrigerator ice maker. I have two issues with this maker. One is that the ice is hollow bullets, kinda thin, and they dissolve quickly.The second issue I will say is more of a problem. I will fill the ice maker with water at the level that is recommended, but when I take the ice bucket out to fill my freezer ice maker tray, it drips water at the bottom. I have to let it drip for a minute, even still, when I mix it with my freezer ice bucket ice, it melds all the ice together. Then I have to get something, like a knife, to break all the ice apart. I have returned it. Good luck to others

We have been using this for almost two months so far. It makes ice pretty quickly, is relatively quiet and has been so user friendly. (I am comparing this to different ice makers I have had in the past.) It keeps up with our family of 4 extremely well. Definitely a good value!

Perfect for our needs. Makes nice chewable bullet ice relatively fast. Not terribly noisy and convenient size for countertop use.
