Apple iMac 27" Core i5 3.2GHz, 16GB, 1TB, 1GB GTX 675MX Graphics OS X (Refurbished)

Always loved Apple products and wanted to replace a very aged windows desktop, so purchased this. Fabulous value. The iMac looks great and works a dream! Definitely purchase from this company again.

The Mac itself is functional and works with exception that the OS is no longer supported and out of date making it impossible to download any current apps. It is also let down by the cheap Chinese crap battery operated wireless keyboard and mouse that they sent with it instead of an original one which don’t match up to Apple spec. The mouse only works when it feels like. Will have to up grade these otherwise I’ll end up throwing them out the window in frustration. Update...I requested a return and refund and there was no issue. I found the company to be overall very good to deal with despite the product not meeting my expectations and would deal with them again if they had something suitable.

I was well and truly shafted with this. Apps won't work with it as it's too old. Told by the Apps companies (Microsoft for one) that the updated versions would work fine with it - they won't. I'm right back to square one, having to buy a new computer but this time I have no faith in anything I'm told. Amazon, Microsoft, Apple... all just lying to make a sale. ;-(

At my office we work on iMacs and when my laptop broke I decided to buy one renewed as recommended by one of my friends.I couldn't be happier with the purchase! The screen size is perfect and it works perfectly.I have replaced the keyboard and mouse which came with the iMac for original keyboard as the provided one where very basic, but otherwise very happy with the purchase.

I am very pleased with refurbed Apple imac, it looks new and works perfectly. whatmore could you ask for at this price.

The item didn’t come with instructions and wasn’t quite in the condition I expected. But it did work and would have been ideal for someone with more computer skills experience. The condition to me refurbished - fair rather than NEW also the keyboard and mouse provided were new but not OEM standard which I didn’t realise. Possibly more instructions and a little clearer description would have been helpful but the seller has been excellent at every stage and responded to my emails quickly and professionally.

Not able to download office products to use so really not worth the money

This purchase has really impressed me. Delivered early so pleased with that. The product had an old operating system which was disappointing but managed to up date to the most recent system. The keyboard that was dispatched was an American PC keyboard.So need to swap that out for an Apple first generation. However for the price I am so impressed.
