I have had these straps for a few months now and they are wonderful. I use them several times a week and have them attached to my floor joists in the basement. Very comfortable to use and highly effective to get your abs the best workout. They much easier to use than hanging from a bar which is taxing on the grip. I definitely recommend buying a pair.
