Homemade pop-up boilies (or pop-ups) have been helping the Austin Carp Guide and Austin Bait Company co-owner Neville Bebbington, land record numbers of Carp and Catfish ever since he first started making them in Liverpool, England over three decades ago. Pop-ups, can give you the edge when carp fishing at any time of the year. They allow you to present your carp bait at any depth you wish, off the bottom, and right where the carp can see it. It could be an inch off the bottom to lift the pop-up above all your free offerings, or suspended in mid-water to intercept patrolling carp. All of our flavors have been field tested throughout Texas and are proven to be highly successful in catching wild Common Carp, Smallmouth Buffalo Carp, Grass Carp, Blue Catfish, Channel Catfish and Flathead Catfish.
