The bulbs are LED but very bright. This tube lighting is 33 feet long but I wished it was either longer or able to connect more than one. If you can find direct sunlight through your window, you are able to use this light indoors as well as outdoors. The tubing is very flexible and easy to wrap around a tree trunk. To show the bright colors of the lights, I just placed them around the tree leaves. A very nice feature of this light is the 8 different modes of lighting. Some modes are twinkling, fading, chasing, and more. For the winter holiday, I'll be placing them in my front yard on the large treat near my front door. Anyone passing my house will be able to view the beautiful lights. The price point was great too since it was 20% off.

These just arrived today and are VERY cool! I love that they are solar so I don’t have to worry about plugging them in or having an extension cord (and socket) out in the rain! You can place these babies anywhere that receives sun during the day and darkness at night! Live on a farm? Put them in the chicken coop for better egg production! No studies have been cited to support this – but it is a fun idea!They are bright, fun and great for any season or adventure at home (think bedroom), while camping, hiking (very light, no pun intended), or any other activity or holiday! That’s right! You don’t have to use these for Christmas – they are most suitable for any religious holiday or any event! A friend of mine used this same set to celebrate the birth of her son!I really like that they are in a flexible tube and protected from the weather – and tangles! This comes in handy for storage and unpacking – easy-peasy as they say!I really love these and will be buying more!

It seems like the days of having to rout e extension cords everywhere around the holiday season are slowly but surely coming to an end. Unless you are a over-the-top decorator, you will find enough solar options to nicely decorate without over loading your electricity bill. Now these are not going to dance to music or put on any light shows, but they will do nicely to display your holiday spirits. The length of the cord seems long at first, but you will quickly run out. There are limits still to solar storage in these little devices. I'm sure when demand rises they will get a little bit bigger but joe will. It's usefulness. It's still a good value now and will really help make decorating that much easier to do and set up. The lights are bright enough and have a few modes to choose from. Functionality wise, these worked great for us too. Too.

Very easy to use and the colors are nice. There’s a few different modes but I prefer the steady changes best. I’m using this on my gate where there is no electrical outlet nearby to use a plug style set of lights. Works great!

Hung up my lights on my new fence, strung them up around my poles and was so excited to see them lit up at night only to find out one strand did not work…now I have to take them both down to return them😩

These solar string lights are very good value. I love that I can use solar power to power them, which means I can use them anywhere outside as long as the panel is situated to charge.They charge well and last well into the night. The length they last depends on the mode chosen.Overall good value, decent quality - very pleased.

Super cool lighting and it's solar. Got it for a party and it was amazing. Has different settings for light modes. Easy to set up. The solar part is a bit flimsy and the light rope is thin but works well. Good value for your money. Don't know how well it would hold up in the wind or long exposure to sun or rain but so far I love it.

These are a good set of lights, I have no complaints!The lights are encased in a smooth pliable thin tube, so these are ideal when you need to wind them around something (I wound mine around and along the length of my porch railing) as you don't get snags when pulling them through. These are decently bright and last a long time, if you put the solar panel in a sunny spot.The on/off and mode select buttons are on the underside of the solar panel. This does not come with a remote control, so you can not change modes at a distance like with some lights. My solar panel is out of reach on the roof, so I am stuck with the mode I selected. But that is fine, and the price was right.
