If you are looking for a decent sturdy syphon this is great. I use it in a 200 litre planted aquarium, it reaches the back of the aquarium easily, all the little nooks get cleaned without uprooting the plants. It is so simple to operate, really sturdy, is an excellent length, so I make next to no mess, 15 years of fishkeeping large aquariums using a variety of different syphons and vacuums this is the best one yet. I would definitely recommend.

Dont waste your money on this, the tube didnt fit the pipe, the valve would not turn and when it did it was so hard to turn, and there is no suction, i will not buy again.

Needed something to clean out bottom of tank and this looked like the other slightly more expensive versions.In use, the large squeeze bulb draws water up to the filter of the water intake but no further, making this utterly useless for its purpose.Probably the poorest performing item I have ever purchased from Amazon.Returned almost immediately for a refund.

A well-made bit of kit which does exactly what it is meant to do. I found this pump very easy to use, the bulb started the water flow quickly and the suction was enough to remove the debris without sucking up the sand substrate from the bottom.

I'm having to do daily water changes atm and this makes it so easy! I turn the tap off and leave in a separate bucket whilst I empty the full one and when I come and turn the tap back on it carries on straight away. Good quality and very efficient. Many thanks.
