5 stars for ride quality but READ other peoples advice prior to installing.
So these also fit 09-15 Nissan Frontiers. The PN is the same on the Bilstein website.I installed myself using a rented strut compressor. The directions are lousy and I did not install the lower washer properly to keep the shock from floating in the spring mount. Lots of folks have made this mistake and it is just easy to do. Using the provided shock boot with aluminum spacer sans proper washer, the spacer jammed into the rubber spring mount and the shock rattled around. Another hour with the compressor and I threw the accordian shock boot out and replaced with the stock shock cover and assembled the top washers properly.Aside from the lousy shock boots and poor instructions, these shocks are awesome! I had a Pro4X Frontier before and these are much better than the yellow Bilsteins that came with that model. The ride is SO much better and more controlled it's really quite amazing. The truck can drive faster now without the wallowing and bouncing from the stock dampers.I did use the lift / levelling feature and am a little perturbed by it: since I only wanted 1" of lift I used the second index mark as specified in the instructions. Again, the instructions suck and some engineer didnt do the math correctly. After installation, the truck gained 1.75" of front lift. Driving a couple days it settled down to about 1.5". Since I had only ordered 1" rear lift blocks the truck seems much higher in the front than I desired. After additional research it seems these do lift more than the instructions indicate so plan to account for the difference. It is very easy to change struts if you have an impact gun and rent a strut compressor. Do be extremely careful with the strut compressor- it will break you or something important if it slips.

GREAT IMPROVEMENT JUST BEWARE
Great product improved ride and feel. I only installed in the front and now the back feels more loose I'll be installing them in the rear soon. I had read a lot of people had installed them wrong so be very careful when installing. After not being able to compress my Springs at home I took the strut assembly to pep boys so they can switch them out. I gave them the instructions and they looked at me like I was an idiot and said "I think my tech knows how to install them" so I said well I've read a lot of people had installed them wrong. So when I came back to pick them up I looked them over and they did install them wrong. I told the guy I told you and even brought the instructions so you guys won't mess it up and it's wrong! So long story short they fixed the problem. So buyer just be careful and cautious when installing, use the instructions. But overall very happy with the shocks. I set them on 1 1/2" setting and it gave me 2".

Assembled in Mexico now?
I had two of these exact shocks that I picked up maybe 2 years ago. Finally got around to installing them. Both shocks stamped "Assembled in USA". The shop screwed up one of the shocks so I had to order another one recently. This one came and it is stamped "Assembled in Mexico". I found two differences between the USA assembled and the Mexico assembled shocks. Hoping I didn't get a counterfeit and will be reaching out to Bilstein.

Fits 2005 Nissan Frontier NISMO!
Perfect fit for 2005 Nissan Frontier Nismo. These are valved for a better, firmer ride for lifted vehicles. I replaced my Bilstein 4600 series struts with these Bilstein 5100 series struts. They made a huge difference in ride quality and they allow you to either stay at the stock height, or you can adjust them (through the external snap ring) up to 2" of total lift. These struts are designed for use of factory coil springs or light duty aftermarket springs. They DO NOT come with coil springs, upper strut rod bushings, upper strut mount plates, or upper coil spring isolators. The contents of the box include:-Bilstein 5100 strut (qty 1)-upper strut rod nut (qty 1)-upper strut rod washer (qty 1)-black strut rod boot cover (qty 1)-black zip tie (qty 1)-Bilstein stickerI recommend any product by Bilstein,CPS

but these babies do a great job at softening to blows to your vehicle
Works well in my 2008 Xterra, reasonably priced too. It improved the handling of the vehicle, but also made the ride a little stiffer at the same time. Yeah you're still gonna feel those potholes and bumps in the road, but these babies do a great job at softening to blows to your vehicle. I bought these along with the rear shocks, and I must say they are just amazing. My mechanic was able to lift my vehicle 3/4" without straining the factory suspension. So in a sense these can be used to level out your vehicle, but make sure you take it to your mechanic and have it done professionally.

Bilstein 5125 Review
These shocks are great. The adjustable feature is one of the primary reasons why I went with them when adding a lift to my truck. I could have went with a whole new coil over package, but was able to save some dough by going with an adjustable shock that was compatible with the OEM coil springs. They are very stiff with no bounce when going over bumps when set at one inch of lift along with three-inch spacers.

Perfect fit on '22 Frontier SV 4X2
Installed easily with good set of spring compressors. You do not have to disconnect the upper control arm ball joint as shown on most videos, only unbolt the swaybar and the shock can be fished out and back in.Middle ring raised my truck 1-3/8" over stock, giving a nice level look with stock rear height. No interference with the UCA.

Excellent ride, better handling
These shocks work great! I did the 4th notch, which is 1.5". It lifted slightly more than that, and is not overly stiff. The diagram in the instructions isn't very clear, and many people end up stacking the bushings incorrectly. Check the forums for the diagram, and they are very easy.
