1. What is the OD width of the cart at the wheels? 2. What is the depth of the cart, front to back?

If my measurements are correct, from wheel to wheel it’s 11 inches.The depth,I’m not sure. All I know is that I have an Inogen. G5 and it fits perfectly..It’s the only one I could find. My therapist recommended it. It’s the best purchase I ever made.

Do you need a strap to hold a G5 in the cart?

If you have a carry case for your G5, you don't need a strap. The carry case has a built in flap that is placed over the handle, then slide the G5 down to where it sits in cart base. It is secure.
