Just as pictured
It’s exactly as pictured. Was hesitant after reading reviews but it’s perfect! Everything works great. The ticking sound is apparent in silence, which is therapeutic for me personally. But if you don’t like loud ticking clocks it won’t be for you. But I’m very happy with this purchase!

I have an Asian motiff
And I am Asian, so I can read the kanji quite well. It's kind of a half-joke for my gaijin friends when they visit. The clock is plastic, but of decent quality, ticks like a normal clock. Not much more can be said. About the size of a charger/dinner plate.

Good clock for glancing
The foreign numbers are intriguing and sufficient to tell the time at a glance. The clock face also has little empty circles at each hour, which seemed ugly at first, but after a while I see that their aesthetic is functional since they anchor the gaze which might otherwise wander due to the unfamiliarity of the number markings. On the down side the ticking is quite audible, which is distracting to me, but might be pleasing to others. It is ideal for an outdoor deck or patio where sound levels are less important.

Cheap
Don't waste your money on this clock. It prolly cost less than a dollar to make as it is made of super cheap plastic. Very disappointed with the quality.

I agree with....
I agree with.....the other two reviewers that gave this clock a 1 star and 2 star rating, that, yes, the quality could be better. But, I love this clock because it was EXACTLY what I was looking for as far as the design. It is very unique. I looked everywhere online and at brick and mortar stores for this clock and finally found it, here at Amazon. I have it hanging in my kitchen and you can't really tell a lot about the quality looking at it on the wall. If you handle it, then you notice that it is very light which could be a plus. Anyway, I get a kick out of watching my friends trying to figure out what time it is. Worth the money in laughs. Funny, that you could take those kinds of things, like numbers on a clock face, for granted.

just like the pic
Be aware that it really does look EXACTLY like the picture. I had hoped it would look nicer in person. It's a very inexpensively-made clock. Also, the one I got had some minor imperfections. I didn't try to send it back or get a nicer one from the co as I'm too lazy.

always a problem
The first Kanji Japanese numeral wall clock that arrived had a broken hour hand and the face was not centered. I returned it, hoping for a replacement. The second clock arrived in a couple of weeks. Everything worked and the face was centered. But the numerals were not Japanese. They were Hebrew. It's not what I wanted, but I couldn't put up with another replacement. The Hebrew numerals look OK, and I kept the clock. It's on my kitchen wall. I definitely will not order another clock from this company.
