I bought this after my previous foot ems stimulator (a well known great big box affair) broke down after just over a year of intermittant use until recently when I needed to use it daily. I was sceptical about the effectiveness of this Blisstaar EMS foot massager as a fraction of the price but I was desperate with both restless leg syndrome & myopathy in my feet.I have to say that so far I am very impressed with the different modes & levels of intensity. I have used it every evening since it arrived & the effect on the muscles as they contract & relax can be seen well up my legs whilst using. It has definitely helped me have better nights without the pains I had been having of late so I am well pleased.It is very comfortable to use, simple controls & the best thing is I can tuck it under the sofa to have on hand each evening. My previous gadget was so big & clumsy in comparison that it had to be put away in a cupboard taking up quite a lot of space & cost me well over £100. If this one only lasts me 6 months it is still much better value & I wouldn't hesitate to get the same again.This would certainly make an ideal gift for someone.

I've been struggling with pain for the past years. Over the time I've tried different products to eas pain but this one is by far the easiest to use and most efficient.It's foldable and easy to use/install.Honestly I don't think it needs any further details

Good item, does what it says, but my only problem is, as a larger person it is very uncomfortable for me to sit with both feet in place at the one time, to sit in this position I need my knees to be tight together, and that is what causes the discomfort. If the mat was slightly larger, and the feet position wider apart this item would have perfect for me. Not saying it is a bad item, just not suited to me. Good range settings, easy to use and understand instructions.

I didn’t know what to expect really but I am pleasantly surprised! So easy to use and the battery lasts a long time. It has 6 different mods, and 10 levels for each. I find level 2 the best but for anyone that like firm massages you can get the right pressure for sure. Comfortable and very relaxing while and after use. Very impressed overall
