I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to share my honest experience with Qitone in hopes it might help others. I am in the throws of perimenopause and was looking for an easy option to add to my morning routine that could give me a little boost of energy without tons of chemicals, added sugar or side effects. I'm not a bodybuilder or an athlete by any means and don't follow a Keto Diet (I love my carbs too much!). I'm a typical working mom who tries to workout regularly when I can but I always feel tired no matter what I do. I've done quite a bit of research on ketones and tried a few ketone products on the market but the taste was so awful, I couldn't stick with it. Qitone claimed to have no flavor and to help with brain fog too so I thought I would try it. I am about a week in and so far I haven't had much stomach irritation and I have seen a noticeable energy boost in the few hours after I take it. I mix it with a spoon and while it doesn't fully dissolve, I don't mind since it has no taste. It almost adds more of a creamy feeling to my coffee. I'm sure a frother would make it even better. Time will tell if I see any additional benefits, but so far so good.
