Day 1, I felt great after taking and there was no nasty aftertaste or stomach issues, like I have had in the past with other supplements. I feel more energised and focused since taking these. No issues with pill size or swallowing either.The fact that it’s designed to support anti-aging and overall health is a big bonus for me. Knowing that I’m doing something good for my body long-term feels great. Did some research in to the other ingredients in the Complex, Resveratrol and TMG make me feel like I’m taking care of myself in a smart way.Would certainly recommend!Nice one Goodvita.

Seems a good quality supplement and reasonable value for money too. Tablets are easy to swallow with no discernible taste or smell. Would recommend and buy again.

I’ve waited a few weeks before reviewing this. I’m delighted with this find. The benefits are great. I feel so much more energetic and need far less rest and sleep. Starting to see my skin improving too.I’m 58 and was feeling it. I’m pretty active so hate it when I struggle to get motivated. This is definitely giving me a lot more energy and get up and go. I’m convinced it’s helping with my cravings too. Nowhere near as inclined to reach for the sugary foods. Long may it last!

The capsules are easy to swallow, but that's about the only positive aspect in my experience.I used it as per the recommended instructions, which were one capsule daily, with a meal. After using it for the full recommended period, I'm extremely disappointed. The promised ""supercharged cells"" and ""increased stamina"" were nowhere to be felt. I didn't notice any significant energy boost or improvement in brain function. The ""Max Absorption Liposomal NAD+"" didn't seem to work any better than other NAD supplements I've tried. The ""Optimized Longevity Formula"" with Trans - Resveratrol and Trimethylglycine (TMG) had no noticeable benefits. And the ""Transformative Nutrients"" combination of 500mg of NAD+, 50mg Trans - Resveratrol, 50mg of TMG, 25mg of Fisetin, and 25mg of ALA simply didn't do anything for me.The shipping took a bit longer than expected, which was a bit of a letdown.

Having received these to review, I had actually taken the whole tub, 60 caps equating to 2 months supply, before leaving a review.I'm afraid it's not really been a terribly positive experience as I've not really noticed any perceivable benefits at all.The packaging is good quality, and the capsules themselves which are standard size gel caps are easy enough to swallow and tasteless, but honestly, nothing other than that I can really say.For quite an expensive supplement stack I'm afraid I really can't see any difference which is rather disappointing.
