Was hesitant to purchase because there were no reviews, but surprised at the quality of this metal detector. We got it for our son for the beach, and it picked up several different types of metal and was easy to learn to use and read the display screen. There are a couple different adjustments that you can make to only search for a certain type of metal or a certain depth.. It worked well and was fun to use. Easy to set up and take apart. The storage bag is nice and convenient. Lightweight enough that my son used it for a couple hours at a time! Would definitely purchase again. Great value for the price!

Found my dad’s wedding ring!!!! They have been married 40 years. He was working in the yard….leaves everywhere. 10 acres. I found a lot of stuff but during a 6 hour search. The last hour of daylight. I found his wedding ring. Never would have found it without this. First time using it for a reason. There’s a learning curve in general. This was easy to figure out by testing it on certain metals. I suggest testing it using different settings and you’ll be finding whatever you want in no time. I do suggest getting your own digging tools and dirt pan.

It works well for the price and is easy to use. My grandsons love it.

For the price, and as seldom as we'll use it, it's great. Assembly was no problem. I dropped a small but expensive and hard to replace nut in the grass, and a half hour of two of us searching didn't turn it up. I bought the metal detector and got it the next day. After testing it out, I started a methodical search in an expanded area. Found the missing piece in about 15 seconds. It was an accident that I started right by where it was. Incidentally, I messed around a while with the detector in the yard and managed to trace the TV cable and a phone cable. I knew where they are because a couple decades ago I buried sprinkler lines in the area, so I'm confident the signal was real.

It works pretty good. So far I found 3 quarters 1 dime a nickel and a handful of pennies. Its pretty accurate. Not the best but not that bad

Doesn’t detect things properly. Beeps when nothing is near, goes off for no reason, purposely buried items very shallow and it didn’t detect them.
