If the thought that went into the actual design of the product were any better, I'd give this a five....but it has a pretty inconvenient shortcoming. If you look closely at the photo, just above and below the dark part of the body are small, white "risers" (for lack of a better term) that are used to help attach the two covers. These risers are very, very thin and the caps fall off pretty easily...the friction fit is very loose because the caps don't have much to "bite" on. So it is VERY easy for the caps to fall off.Also, the material of the caps is very flimsy...on several occasions I have left the caps off for an extended period of time and they distorted to the point it was hard to get them back on.That being said, it works great with both USB/ micro-USB/ lightning connections and the app (at least for IOS) works as promised.I would actually pay a little more for a better built USB drive.UPDATEThis flash drive has officially reached crap status in my opinion.Now, the grey body of the drive comes off if you pull the device away from your computer, phone, etc. You would think everything but the caps would be glued....noooo.It’s really hard to find a drive that works with Apple devices as well as Android and pc’s that is built so the actual plugs are protected when not in use. I want to avoid caps because they get lost so easily.Maybe I’m too picky...Don’t even consider this drive.

nice product easy to use

I've only used the USB flash drive for a short time but so far it's been GREAT!! Transferred photos and videos with no problems at all. Does exactly what I need it to do.

Does not work well on an iPhone although the connection is specific to an iPhone.Plug and play for an android but need to down load an app for it to work on the iPhone,which I thought it was designed to do.There is only one app available for this and it is really cheesy and bad....I thought I would like it because it plugs into the newer iPhone...but it’s the iPhone does not recognize it.

The first photo stick I bought I just plugged in and it downloaded the pictures from my laptop. This one I plugged in and nothing happened or is happening. ???? Again, likely it is my fault but it sure doesn't do what I wanted it to do.

I expected a product that would retrieve and help organize photos. What I received is just another flash drive for a premium price.
