PPS39 Bottom Entry Toilet Ball Valve, White & Blue

Only problem was my fault in that the float arm was about 2 inches too long to fit in the tank (I should have checked the dimensions beforehand). Luckily I was able to use the arm from the old valve and otherwise no other problems fitting. Now working well - no dripping noise any more!

I decided to fix a leak in the cistern of my toilet and with no experience bought the wrong parts a few times! Finally realising that I needed a 'Bottom Entry' valve I ordered this. It works perfectly. I only had to use the lever and valve so kept the other part as a spare. Toilet is no longer leaking into the overflow pipe. Job done.

Took me ages to find an exact replacement online so was happy when I finally did. Packaged well and delivered on time. Would of given a 5* If hadn’t been for the plastic water tap having a slight hair line crack at the end of it, water started squirting into the air. But luckily I could swap my older one in its place. Now have a working toilet again.

Brilliant valve. Fixed a slow filling cistern in just a few moments. Been looking for these for ages.

had to return it due to small leak from the rear of the valve union, the joint was already tight and I couldn't tighten it further, took it to pieces couldn't see any thing wrong so reassembled it but still the same! pity for it looked a well made item' Retuned it for credit no problem! Didn't re order as I had to purchase a replacement locally.

This was the closest replacement I could find to an existing bottom fill toilet cistern, by cannibalising parts from the old valve the job was done but it was a bit of a struggle. That said my plumbing attributes are very limited and Im sure this would be a fine valve in the right hands.

Although the packet is labelled PPS39 it is not like the picture. Item does not have curved up pipe so fouls the flush mechanism, also lack of offset means arm is to long so not usable in my cistern. Also does not come with alternate valve as shown. Waste of time, returned.

Been fighting a painfully slow-filling toilet cistern for several weeks. I decided that it was probably the diaphragm that had become perished and not allowing full flow of water into the tank. But decided to get the whole unit so that I had spare parts. Ordered one afternoon, received by 08:00 the following morning. Fitted and working by 08:30. Brilliant!
