Ideal for travel
I bought this for a trip to Japan after having no luck finding a travel friendly sized hair dryer with a decent diffuser and I'm glad I chose this! Left my hair feeling lovely. Easy to fold away, the diffuser attachment can be a little awkward packing as it is still quite large, but its doable. :)

Premium drying experience, superb quality!
I'm really impressed with this hair dryer. I could immediately feel the quality when I took it out of the box, everything about it feels well made and premium quality. It has a good amount of different settings and all of the attachments are very useful. I particularly like the large diffuser. I have thick, wavy hair and it definitely dries it with ease, it made it soft and bouncy with added definition. It has a long lead and a dual voltage plug. There are a couple of minor negatives. One being I find putting the attachments on a little bit awkward, they just seem to clip on, but in no particular way if that makes sense, maybe this is just me but as the hair dryer is almost £100 I feel I should mention it. I love the fact that you can fold the handle down but to be honest it's still quite a large hair dryer to put in a suitcase and take away. The diffuser is particularly large and I wouldn't say it's very lightweight. However overall this is a premium quality hair dryer and if a good quality hair dryer is important to you when you're away it would be worth making room in your suitcase for this one, it's expensive but you can definitely see why.

Really good
This Curlsmith travel hairdryer is about the size of my standard hair dryer. This was a bit of a surprise because I was expecting a smaller than average hairdryer because of the word 'travel' in its name. What the Curlsmith does have however, is a fold down handle and a soft bag to protect it. It also has an adaptable plug so it can be used in a 3 pin or two pin socket. The 3 attachments are sturdy and stay on. There are 3 heat setting and two speed settings with a cool shot button. The diffuser is extra large. It’s the best bit about the dryer - far better than I’m used to. It’s not the most powerful drier I’ve used but certainly better than most you find in hotel rooms. My partner could’ve dried my hair faster by blowing on it at the last hotel we stayed in. It’s not too heavy and I can easily hold it up to finish drying my whole head of hair in one. The dryer gets extremely hot so be careful what surfaces you rest it on when you finish drying your hair. It’s a quality travel drier with a quality price tag.

Compact and powerful
This travel hair dryer has been a game-changer for my naturally curly hair. Its extra-large diffuser attachment helps to evenly distribute air and enhance my natural curls while reducing drying time significantly. I love that it folds up for easy packing and works on dual voltage, making it ideal for international trips. The variable heat and speed settings let me customize my drying experience to suit different weather conditions and hair types. The cool shot setting is especially useful to lock in styles without additional heat exposure. I appreciate how it preserves my hair’s natural bounce and minimizes frizz, leaving a soft, defined finish. It’s compact enough to fit in a travel bag, and its performance remains consistent whether at home or on the move. This dryer has made managing my curls simpler and more enjoyable.

Nice but a little pricey
For a travel hairdryer it's fairly decent, but ultimately it's quite expensive in my opinion. It does everything a normal hairdryer does, except it folds and is dual voltage for travelling. The fact that it folds makes it a little flexible to hold when trying to take the attachments off (which isn't that easy). It has a decent amount of heat and the motor isn't horrible to listen too - sounds like more high flow than high pressure.3 heat settings, 2 speed settings, and a cold button - pretty standard.Comes with a nice carry pouch, 2 flat heads (one with built in comb) and a curl diffuser.I have to be honest, the advert claimed things such as "Porcelanic Ceramic" and "Far Infrared Heat" so I was expecting something a little more fancier but I can't find any description of these features in the advert. All in all, a nice travel hair dryer but I think it's a little pricey based on the above.

Defrizz hair at home and away
If you are looking for a travel defrizzion hair dryer then look no further than this one. It is heavier than a normal travel hair dryer but that extra weight is there for a reason with the way it works. The dryer comes with three speeds from a gentle blow through to a stronger blow for really drying your hair. There is also a cool shot mode but this is in reality a lukewarm shot and not cool at all.The main purpose is to dry hair and leave it defrizzed and soft. In that it is excellent. Once done my hair does feel a little 'fly away' and has some static charge but this soon dissipates, leaving a shiny and dry hair. For a travel hair dryer it is expensive but for a combined home and travel dryer it is OK value - just at the top end of what I would be willing to pay.

Rather large travel hairdryer
Bit of a stretch to class this as a travel hairdryer irrespective of the folding handle as with all the ancillary items it takes up a fair chunk of space. That said this is where the negatives end, as a product it's superb with several clever features. The plug is a standard UK 3 pin but by simply removing a single screw (see photo - removal tool enclosed) it converts to a two pin plug ubiquitous outside the UK. Also the folding handle which saves a little room opens and closes with minimal effort remaining in the desired position firmly. Dryer has several heat and fan speed settings, blow cold button all of which are easy to operate. Not particularly heavy, comfortable to hold and is accompanied by three clip on attachments (push to fit, not magnetic sort). Lead is over a reasonable length for a travel product, large felt bag to store everything in, overall a very well made product with little not to dislike. The size however would dissuade me from taking this on holiday.
