Appropriate for a two year-old?

If you believe it appropriate for a two year-old to be swimming and want them to have earplugs, these seem as appropriate for kids and young children as they are for adults. They are soft enough. Knead them between your fingers first, before applying, to soften them a bit further.

Do these fit an infant?

The putty can be split to a smaller size and remolded by hand to adjust fit.

Can I dive in the water with these ear plugs in and will they stay in?

If you get them stuck in well enough, maybe. I would say they would come loose with diving. We use them with a headband. They are super easy to use and comfortable, they stay in well with a headband over them. They fill up the outer part of the ear to seal it off, they don't really go in like a traditional ear plug.

Why aren't these fsa eligible when my child's ent is who told me to get them?

These actually broke pieces off in my daughter’s ear. Leading to surgery to remove them. Doctor’s say no one should wear these.
