NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop with Cookware Set

I can't find any reference to this anywhere so I'm asking here since It's been a couple weeks since I received the cooktops.Im not sure this is the right place to ask this but has anyone had a problem communicating with the NuWavePIC shipper? I purchased the 2 for the price of one offer which was supposed to include the cookware sets. The cooktops were received quickly and I enjoy the many options it offers for cooking. I would probably add a star if I had more experience with it. My regular stove is electric and it burns everything, even on the lowest settings so I end up having to use a trivet most of the time. Nice to have the NuWave option.However, considering the very high cost of the shipping and handling billed, I had assumed that the cookware sets would have been included. Not so and the address they say to contact for questions has not replied to my inquiry. If it takes a couple months to receive, thats OK as long as I know but at this point I am sitting here scratching my head wondering what the heck.Can anyone out there, that may have ordered the 2-fer deal, offer any info?

Excellent - Item delivered on time, was as described, I RECOMMEND for all that have interest in have a good induction cooktop, good also for fondue.

I have not used the fondue set yet but the pans look and work great. The Nuwave stove top works good. It is faster than my electric stove and can accomidate a bigger pan. heats pans fast and cooks food as described in ads. There is a fan noise but it is not overly loud. I have not used all of the program options yet but it's a nice option to have. Keeps food warm on low without drying it out.

Saw other reviews and thought of adding mine. I purchased cook top as per television (buy 2 for 1) based on the statement "works with most cookware". I didn't purchase cookware at the time due to knowledge that they were charging way too much for shipping and that I already have about 30 pieces of cookware and didn't need more.I emailed them on cook top not being compatible with any of my cookware. They answered by saying that I could still purchase their cookware and pay only shipping charge. I decided to give in to the 69.00+ charge since I'm nearing a full kitchen reno and thought I could finally use the cook top while being out of a range.To my disbelief, I can no longer get a reply from them. I emailed four times with no reply (purchased 12/2012). Finally, called where they couldn't find record and would not go on my word. Person also stated that someone would get back to me within 24 to 36 hours. I faxed all paperwork and still no response. She also advised me that the special "pay shipping only" was a one time deal regardless of the email from them. Why would it be a one time deal when the special is still on?I'm stuck between disputing with credit card company and buying other brand cookware to help during my renovation. Very disappointed.Thanks for reading.

Used my Nuwave PIC today to make fried chicken. Set my temp at 350. Couldn't get it to 350. Kept checking my oil with a thermometer. I couldn't get anything over 300 until I bumped it up to 430, then it jumped that high. I don't know what is wrong. I'll be calling for support. Also tried to boil water. TOOK FOREVER. The 2 things I was looking for and didn't get it....quick boil and accurate temp.

After reading a lot of the reviews, I would like to point out that most of the favorable ones came from AMAZON VERIFIED PURCHASERS.Amazon, please allow us to sort the reviews by this option. There are times when we don't want to read reviews if we don't know if the product was actually purchased or not. Besides, Amazon's customer service standards are set a little higher than those of others.(three stars for neutral - I don't want to sway the consensus one way or the other - I'm just posting an observation)

Works well, good heat and convenient. They are easy to clean and I like that I can add to my cooking needs so quickly.

Product was in great condition. Love this product. Easy to use. Does not heat up kitchen with heat in Arizona. Food cooks evenly and oil does not burn.
