The Westbourne Strength is an evolution of the original Martin Miller’s Gin at 40% ABV and is a real bartenders favourite the world over. The name itself ‘Westbourne,’ came from Martin’s tribute to his home residence ‘Westbourne Grove’ in Notting Hill, London. Westbourne Strength is bottled at 45.2% ABV using the same distillation technique and palette of botanicals as the original. The increase in alcohol content means that the juniper becomes much more pronounced leading to a richer, spicier mouth feel whilst still maintaining a soft and smooth finish. Many bartenders see this increase in ‘punch’ as a perfect complement to a cocktail, as the magnificent flavour remains pronounced amongst a sea of other ingredients.
