Pricy but fit for my needs
At about £30 this ain't cheap but I was looking for something for my very deaf father. The 'phones plug into an external mic/amplifier combo (£5).This home made solution isn't elegant but it is effective. Old folk (esp with dementia) cannot deal with these super small "in ear" aids). They are fiddly, get lost, get broken and are not very comfortable if you wear glasses as well.This £35 combo replaced two micro devices costing £1300 and works really well. The headphones are reasonably robust and even if I have to replace in a few months - well there are a lot of 35's in 1300.

Excellent product
Sound is very clear when listening to vocal speech, excellent product. I can raise the volume quite a bit and the person sitting next to me doesn't hear sound coming out of the speakers, which is a big plus for me.

Great audio and quality product
This isn't my first headset from Spectra. I believe this is my third. As a former medical and legal transcriptionist for over 30 years, I needed good quality headsets to minimize any error, and keep background noise at a minimums. These headsets did the job. The foam cushions make them very comfortable to wear 8 or more hours per day. They are pretty sturdy, too, even if they don't like it. i never had a pair break and I'm not the most gentle person in the world.

pretty good headset
I like the headset. One of the cushiony earpieces keeps falling off, don't know why. It's kind of irritating.
