I bought this product as I wanted a cheaper alternative to the expensive brand name ink that costed twice as much as the off brand refilled ink that is so readily available online on websites like Amazon and Ebay. I was originally hesitant as many of the refilled and off brand brands of ink either didn't have reviews or if it did, had poor ratings. This product seemed to be the better of the ones I saw and I decided to buy it. Upon trying the ink, I was severely disappointed at first as the colors came out extremely poor. Only the yellow cartridge seemed to function and the black cartridge printed out with streaks going through the letters to the point that the printed material was nearly nigh unreadable. I gave up and spent the money on buying the on brand cartridge. Surprisingly however, upon giving the off brand cartridges one more chance and deciding to print out a full color image to test it, it printed out crisp clear and completely in bright, full color! I now have no problems with the ink so far compared to the beginning but it most certainty did not leave a very good first impression and a product that doesn't leave a good first impression can find itself almost certainly canned.I wasn't sure if the ink had to be "warmed up" in a sense through printing a few pages. I recommend the ink for those on a tight budget as so far it has worked extremely well but for those who still wish not to take even a slight risk, to find a different brand or simply buy the on brand.

July 6, 2019 I continue to have problems with the print cartridges you have been sending me. I have enclosed pictures of the error messages that I get when I install one of them. I can't get the error messages to go away. Something has changed with your cartridges or the HP Software has changed, to not allow any other cartridges to work other than HP cartridges. I have used your cartridges before and they have worked fine. After inserting them I would get a error message telling me it wasn't a HP cartridge installed. I would press ok and then it work. Now I can't even get that far with any of your recent cartridges. Hopefully you can figure this out and I can again use your remanufactured cartridges. I have a HP Officejet Pro 6968

Cartridges print just like the more expensive HP Cartridges. Worked for my HP Office Jet Pro 6978. At the end of the lifetime of the cartridges my printer started smearing color ink and a message came up that I needed to clean my printhead. Cleaning the printhead required a special kit, but I was able to restore my printer to operating condition. Cheap ink but could damage your printer.

Great alternative to buying new if you want to save money. I have order these at least 3 times. Never have had a problem. I had thought this last time I had an issue, but come to find out my printer needed to be aligned. I save a ton of money and it’s very convienent shipping to my business. We go through a lot of ink printing color invoices. So these have to be dependable. Not quite sore what’s up with the negative reviews. Unfortunately things happen whether new or refilled. I’m comfortable buying through this company and would confidently recommend.***IN THIS LAST BATCH MY BLACK CARTRIDGE AND YELLOW NOT WORKING IN THIS LAST BATCH***. I had an issue receiving this product, normally when we order office supplies or anything for that matter, items are brought into the office and delivered, these products were left outside the front door of a massive office building, terrible delivery service. I feel lucky to have eventually received my order. The print cartridges seems to perform just as expected. I'll reorder these in the future, but will think twice about having them delivered to the office.

The black cartridge works as advertised but the three color cartridges do not and the printer will not recognize them. If all of them worked like the black cartridge then I would give 5 stars. All of the cartridges have plenty of ink and look like a quality product but something must be wrong with the chip on the cartridges. I only used the black initially and when my original hp color ink ran out I discovered the replacement color cartridges sold here did not work, bummer. I bought this pack earlier this year.I’m happy to return the three color cartridges for three working ones and revamp my review if they perform as advertised (like the black cartridge).

I bought these off-brand, remanufactured ink cartridges to save a few bucks, but about halfway through my XL black ink cartridge, it stopped printing. The status both on the printer and my desktop show that there should be about 60% left, but it won't print. I didn't believe the message that popped up after inserting the ink cartridge that the printer cannot guarantee the quality of non-HP products, and now I understand. I won't be buying this or any remanufactured ink cartridges again. Only HP brand ink for my HP printer.P.S. So far the color cartridges haven't had any issues, which is why I am giving this product two stars instead of just one.

They worked okay in my printer, but the black and the blue ink bubbled out when I removed the tape and got all over everything. Could sure some advice on how to get this toner off my hands. I have been scrubbing like crazy with no luck. Ruined my manicure. Oh well. The printer works now.
