The Power Rope Medicine Ball is very well constructed! We use it for core workouts by swinging it from side to side while sitting on the floor. It handles the abuse perfectly. We have had no issues with it at all. I will defiantly purchase a few more in different weights!

Fun swinging exercises
Fun rotational exercises. Can swing around the head for a core workout. And single arm swinging in both directions gets the front and back of arms. Only drawback is it cannot be slammed.

I haven't yet put it through the crucible, but I'm impressed with with the materials and construction of it. I go through these like nothin', but this one seems to be durable enough to withstand my aggressiveness. I like it... though they could've done better with the end of the rope(s).
